America’s Carpet Barn team members are here for the last day of our installation, which included one complete level of luxury vinyl plank flooring, one basement insert of the same vinyl, 2 full staircases, and a third carpeted staircase off of the garage to the basement. The end result is stunning. The carpet installers Matt and Zach (father and son) did an amazing job turning the staircase into a beautiful and comfortable staircase to walk on. The patterned carpet was laid meticulously and totally changed the entire attitude of the stairwell. Matt was personable as well as professional. That team was efficient, effective, and a pleasure to work with. Our other team had several members all of whom performed their work professionally and with great care. Day 1 we met Caleb, who happens to be Matt’s other son and who is living up to that family’s tradition of a meticulous and focused work ethic. He removed most of the old carpet and laid the insert on day one. Amazing. Day 2 brought in John who began the installation and completed set up for the following days. John is methodical and focused in his work. Day 3 brought in Max and Tyler. Max is a great leader and patient instructor (he was also training Tyler). Day 4 Tyler returned the same day the carpet was installed. Day 5-6 Max is back with Ben and these two young men completed our work. They worked with focus, diligence, and were both perfectionistic about their outcomes. Max and Ben presented a professional attitude and were nearly invisible as they prepared and installed the staircases and flooring. Max took care to provide a walkthrough each day and left us knowing specifically what to expect each day. This team was exceptional! Max was outstanding in communication, promptness, and exhibited a great attitude. The end result is beautifully installed floors, a clean environment, and our knowledge that the best work was done for our home. We met with Gary in the show room to help us pick out our carpet for the cabin. We told him that we wanted heavy duty carpet for the purpose of heavy traffic areas and our son's dogs and he showed us what they had and we found the one we liked. After that we made our decision on the carpet, two days later Ron the owner came out and measured our place for the carpet. Ron was great, he measured everything and answered all our question about what we were going to have done. (carpet over existing carpet etc....) We were told the carpet would take 2 weeks to get and then 2 weeks after that would be installed. It wound up being 4 weeks for carpet 4 weeks to install. Matt and Zach came out and installed our carpeting, what a great team!! (father and son). They came in the first day we asked them to start in one bedroom then go to the living room after that came the flow moving throughout the rest of the cabin. They were awesome to work with and did a great job. They work great together and cleaned up everywhere they went. Very professional!! Our only issue with America's Carpet Barn is that they did not order enough carpet to finish the last room. Now we are waiting another 6 weeks to get this done. The guy that does the scheduling (we believe is the owner's son) called us several times about the carpet being short ordered and put the blame on Gary which is fine, but we felt like when he called us about the problem he says that we are not going to have to pay for what they ordered wrong or to have to pay for another trip out to install it. This was said quite a few times to us over the phone like it was our fault. Is there going to be a refund of some money for the room that was shorted/and our inconvenience (another 6 weeks to wait and again our inconvenience)? Overall we are very pleased with the carpet and install but frustrated by the added inconvenience of not...

The BEST experience I have ever had with a home improvement project. From the time I walked into the store, to the time the carpet was installed, it couldn't have been better. The professionalism and communication was top tier in every way. The young man working in the showroom took his time with me and genuinely wanted me to make the best selection for my space. He was knowledgeable and kind, offering to let me take some sample boards home to confirm the colors matched well with the room and lighting. When I brought the boards back and placed my order, the next steps were explained in detail. I received a Munson employee discount on the price (something I wasn't expecting). We scheduled an installation date and I received a call saying they could do it a week earlier so we moved the date up.

When the day of the installation came, a family of three gentlemen (father, son, and uncle-- Scott, Gauge, Chuck) arrived on time. They introduced themselves and were very kind and respectful. They took off their shoes to not track anything in even though that was not necessary. They were awesome! I had a great time chatting with them and they finished the job early. They offered to cut some rugs for me with the leftover remnants. The results turned out perfect!! The carpet is beautiful and feels like walking on a cloud. They used a thick memory foam pad, which made a huge difference in the comfort level when you walk on it. Very impressive! It feels luxurious on our bare feet. Thank you!

We only did one small bedroom, a landing, and some stairs. When we are ready to do the whole house, I will 100% be returning to America's Carpet Barn. I give this company my highest recommendation. I couldn't be happier with the service, entire experience, and finished product. It was hands down, no comparison, way better than purchasing through a big box...
