I'm pretty sure this is general knowledge for those who live in the area, but I'd like to reiterate that this Subway is the worst. Today I needed Subway and this was my only option, so I left 40 minutes for being waited on, and went in. I stood in line for quite some time, waiting for the woman to be done with the customers ahead of me. She finally finished with them, and instead of even acknowledging my presence as the next and only person in line, she wandered over to a broom and started sweeping some general dust. Then she proceeded to wander into the back. On the desk there, they have a bell to ring if you're in line and there's no one in the front to take care of you. I tap the bell. Not agressively, just, "ding!" The woman returns, and in a sarcastic, rude voice, informs me the she "JUST" told someone else to take care of me, indicating that I should not have rung the bell.
To that woman, I say: A) I used the bell for it's intended purpose. B ) If in fact you passed the responsibility on, it was not you for whom the bell was intended. C) If I acted that way to a customer in my very similar job, there would be consequences. D) There are incredibly rude customers in the world. I am not one of them. E) If you don't want me to ask you politely to do your job, then just do it yourself. F) If you think I don't know how your job works, I actually do. I have the same job at a different restaurant.

Read moreThis store is horrible. I made a mobile order of $100+ to be ready by 11am. I arrived at the store at 10:47 to make sure they got it since it’s for a small event. The staff told me it was for a different store. I asked her what’s her store address, and she said she didn’t know. Then I called the store I made an order from Subway App. The phone rang and the same staff picked it up. Then she said the store didn’t receive my order, after I showed her my order in the app and my payment proof. She just asked me to leave and contact customer support. After lots of back and forth, eventually I got my food after waiting for another 30min, and of course it wasn’t ready by 11am.
