Here's my story the above is TRUE:

I happened to notice the Bloomfied Jewelry Exchange as I had driven the Staples in the same shopping strip mall. I had recently purchase myself a Sterling Silver chain with a blinged out shiny cross on it that rested above my heart from T.J. Maxx. My plan was to head to T.J. Maxx and purchase another one as replacement for the same price of $30. When I walked in just to see my options I met with Luna who allowed me in after I rang the bell for entrance. As she asked what I'd like, I didn't know how to respond, so I just showed her my chain. She then introduced me to Fadi. Fadi looked at my ripped chain and said he could fix it for $20. I said great. He told me that it's a very light weight chain and would probably rip again. So I asked to see others and he provided me with one that was more than $30 but was thicker and stronger and would last a big guy like me. He sold me a great chain and I walked out of the store and let him keep the previous one. Before I drove off the lot, I walked back into the store and asked if he could fix the chain so I can place the cross back on it, so I could purchase another item to place another medallion on the new chain I purchased. Luna pointed out this wonderful one with Allah written on it in Arab. I was happy and left the store as an Arab American (huge ancestry all over the planet here, so I'm a bit of everything except Asian, Native American or Native Australian, & Eastern European, but my ancestry is from everywhere else) with my first item purchased in Arabic, which simply the translation of God. I left extremely happy with the cross of Christ & the Arabic medallion of his father, Our Father, God, with symboles of both He & His Son emanating themselves shiny above my heart. I left the store grateful to both Luna & Fadi for their kindness & assistance in helping me.

I came home to set up my tech that I just purchased from Staples and two items I purchased weren't necessary. I returned to Staples to return these items and picked up one more piece of tech to finalize my setup. As a recent divorcee who never truly bought myself jewelry and felt I needed more than the 2 Punisher rings and another blingy sterling silver ring I purchased from T.J. Maxx, I walked back into this store and just to see what if I did want to buy myself some bling that just isn't hidden on my clothing.

A woman walked in with me, I allowed her in first and she rang the bell for entrance. When Luna buzzed us in, I let her know that this woman and I are walking in together, but we're not together... at least not anymore. This woman and I both laughed. And since I just wanted to figure out which items spoke to me, the woman asked for help about an item she'd like placed on a chain. As soon as she said it, I showed her the truth, "Look at my chain that he just fixed, it was totally broken apart and now it looks like it was never even damaged." She was confident he could do the job, and said she'd come back with the chain.

At this point Luna and Fadi, helped me figure out which jewelry I'd like to purchase that would be seen and not hidden under my clothing. In total I purchased another two sterling silver rings and a bracelet. During my selection time, this young good looking male-female couple walked in together while I was figuring out my "bling" choices, I caught him checking out Luna while she was ahead of him looking at the jewelry, so it's safe to say that Luna's very attractive as well, but all I cared about was that she is very helpful, just like Fadi, who fixed the broken item I came in for free with my purchases. Fadi and Luna are both awesome. They're both kind, funny, attentive to your likes, needs & budget. I'm totally happy I unexpectedly found them and will always let others know about the supreme service they provide in terms of jewelry. I bought a chain and initial pendant for $600+ in May 2023 a Mother’s Day gift for myself and it broke shortly after on vacation when I was putting it on (a couple days after purchase & first time attempting to wear it) . The necklace was very cheaply made & was probably fake because why would it break that fast? I have costume jewelry that lasted longer than that! I tried to latch the 2 pieces back together because i really wanted to wear it on vacay and that worked. Couple weeks later I wanted to wear it again and it broke in another place 😤

I brought it back to them to fix and the next day I received a phone call, the guy who sold it to me told me that I had to come in to talk about the chain he wasn’t going to tell me over the phone!

I went in and he said he couldn’t fix it because it was broke in 3 places (why would a chain break in 3 places?????) because it was cheap and was sold to me for a price that was not worth it!

Also the same day I went there it was another lady that walked in the same time as me and also stated she was there to get her chain fixed and it was her second time going there to get that same chain fixed! (her chain was a totally different necklace than mine)

The guy was so rude and yelling and I’m asking him to stop yelling! He felt offended when I said it was cheaply made. Then said he will give me a new chain for $100🤔

Why would I pay an additional $100 for a chain that broke in 3 places and was barely touched no thank you! I will never shop there again!!! They are so nice to you when it’s time to purchase something but when something goes wrong they treat you like shxt!!!!

Highly recommend. I dropped off my wedding rings 2 days ago for various reasons. A few of my diamonds fell out because a part of the ring was broken. I don't know how that happened, but I didn't realize until Fadi pointed it out. Also, I needed to resize my rings because they've gotten pretty loose on my finger, and I didn't want to lose them. From the moment I got in the store, Fadi was reassuring me that he could fix the issues I had. Today, I picked up my rings, and I'm super excited to see the results. He did not only fix and resize them, but he also cleaned them. They were looking brand new again. Thank you, Fadi, for doing an amazing job. Now my rings look beautiful and fit amazing.
