let me just say that this place is stunning & astonishingly amazing, as soon as I walk in seeing became believable to me the cleanliness of the shop the greeting of such associates by the name Monther’ he greeted us with a welcoming hearts and was thoroughly helpful in all aspect as we expected, I write reviews but to those who truly deserve it and (max smoke shop) earned my respect as a shop the way it should be and run ! “T” was very rude. My boyfriend was asking if they had glass tips and his response was very rude.He had an attitude. I asked him about one of the vapes to purchase and he ignored me. I asked him his name and it was like he didn’t want to tell me and responded “T”. Customer service doesn’t have to be perfect but being rude to paying customers is unacceptable....
