Iām deeply disappointed with the experience I had at this store, particularly with Bree and the manager, Norma.
Yesterday, I called the store and spoke to Bree about the availability of the iPhone 16 Pro Max. She told me they didnāt have any in stock but advised I call around 1 PM the next day to check again. Today, I called a little earlier, around noon, hoping to ask if I should come in sooner to avoid missing a potential restock. I was transferred to Norma, who informed me to call back around 2 PM since they might receive a shipment.
Since I was in the area around 1 PM, I decided to stop by the store to ask Bree in person about any promotions and possibly get an early update on stock. When I arrived, I spoke to a representative who then went to Bree. Bree gave me such a disgusted look and told the rep, āJust have her order one.ā I felt humiliated because Iād never met her before and couldnāt understand why she reacted that way, especially since she had been so kind over the phone. I asked to speak to Norma for clarification.
When Norma came out, she first denied speaking with me and then, without missing a beat, said, "Didn't I tell you to call at 2?" I explained that I came early because I had questions I needed answered. Her response was dismissive and cold, telling me I could just call every day if I wanted to. The entire interaction left me feeling belittled, as if my questions werenāt worth answering.
Iāve only been a T-Mobile customer for a month, and I brought my Samsung S24 Ultra directly from Samsung, choosing not to finance. I was also interested in the Google phone but didnāt even want to mention it after the way I was treated. I never expected to be spoken to like a child or given dirty looks when I simply wanted information.
Regardless, I feel so disrespected and uncomfortable, and I donāt see myself recommending this location to anyone. I try to avoid conflict and always approach people kindly, so it really hurt to be treated this way. Maybe theyāre frustrated with people asking about the latest phonesāI get it, Iāve worked in retail tooābut there was no reason to be mean-spirited.
After this experience and other issues Iāve had in just one month of being with T-Mobile, Iām already considering moving to another company. This store and their customer service have made me feel like I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came here last night (11/17/23) and got help from the sweetest most adorable worker ever. Steven was so helpful, kind, pleasent and personable - all the qualities youād hope for in a worker thatās assisting you (and a human being in general š). IMO he should be running that store which, I dont doubt heāll be running a store eventually.
Other than the amazing customer service I received, the store was very clean, organized and bright. The process of getting the new iPhone was easy and seemless. I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed my time here which normally, I despise going to cellphone stores. I feel theyāre always crowded, long wait times and overall not fun. But this location was different. They just did everything right so much so that they should use this store as an example for other stores to strive to be like.
This will now be my go to T-Mobile. 5 stars across the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCalled T-mobile online about my phone having screen issues. They where so kind and helpful and told me that my phone was under warranty and i could have it replaced and that i should take it to a nearby store. I went to this branch and there was a lady. I explained my issue. She didn't even give me eye contact, and without even looking at my phone she told me no she couldn't help me. I tried to show her the conversation that i had had with the agent on the phone. She wouldn't even look at it she cut me off and said I'm talking now you have to listen. I could feel myself getting angry and i told her I'm just going to leave and she said that's right, leave sir enjoy your day. The way customers are treated for spending there money is terrible. She should not be in a position to help customers if that's not what she...
