Terrible experience!!!! I got highlights in November of 2022, and first I showed a picture of dark brown/chocolate color highlights and she gave me blond/yellow highlights. And then i went she fixed it but after couple washes the brown highlights started fading and it’s now blonde again. My hair looks very damaged, it’s been falling out a lot and no matter what shampoo i use, my hair gets very tangled while washing and color is fading. I have used Ouai Detox Shampoo, Pureology Hydrate Shampoo, Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Shampoo, Kristen Ess Shampoo, and Olaplex Shampoo. My hair does the same thing and it is now very rough. I have also went to the doctor and doctor said it is because of the color they used and I am now using prescripted products. Rude and not professional. They treated my mom poorly on Saturday just because she was a few minutes late and they closed early because they didn’t have any clients. She’s a loyal customer who travels an hour away and would always recommend her friends. She does her hair, makeup and nails on a biweekly basis. What about the appointment she had?
