Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bloomfield

Very poor customer service. I wasn't greeted in a friendly manner and came across a few problems with this franchise while I wanted 10 minutes after I was emailed, my food would be ready. I got their about 9:41, and my food was supposed to be ready at 9:45. I waited and watched the workers. The worker was sitting on a storage rack where the food boxes were. Here butt and back was pressed against the boxes.

Another worker (male)coughed without covering his mouth just as he closed the food box with food in it. He coughed to the side of himself.

The Worker(female)had a black jacket on the whole time while working with food.

The worker(female) coughed 3 times and didn't not fully cover her cough around the food area. She put her arm to cover the 3 cough, but her mouth never touched her arm.

I had to ask if my food was ready. He asked the female worker and she didn't know. Yet she was the one who originally said it wasn't ready when I first arrived. He then inquired about the food with the same female worker and then told me it's still in the oven. I said I'm not waiting any longer and would like a refund. He said the manager wasn't there. I complained about how long I've been waiting. He looked in the warm oven and found my order. I explained that I saw that box in the warmer, and no one called my number or even bothered to ask me what I wasn't for. The female worker saw me waiting since I arrived about 9:41 and received my food order at 9:56. I complained to them how this is poor customer service, and it is unacceptable to be coughing around food without covering their mouth. Poor establishment. The workers didn't apologize and seemed to not care about how I felt about...

I went to pizza hut 10/27/2023:it was like 7:01 I order online I went to pick up the pizza and my grandson was with me he was wearing his Halloween costume because we was coming from his school that they were doing a activity on his school. He didn't want to take his mask he is only seven I told him to leave his mask on and as soon as I enter the store the cashier told me that her manager said that he can't be inside the store with a mask I look at her and said really why he can't wear his mask she said because is policy of the store I told her I will understand if a grown up person come with a mask inside the store and you told them to take it off but come on he is only a child he is only seven years old and I told her then what is going to happen next week when is going to be trick or treat are you going to tell the kids not to come inside the store with a mask . I told her what do you think he is going to steal something on this store look at me I don't have a mask and I'm the adult but come on he is only a child. He was so excited wearing his mask and now look at him he is sad because you said that. Is not fair that my grandson has to feel like he couldn't wear his mask and feel that he wasn't welcome inside the store. In top of everything the pizza was cold...

If I could give this place ZERO STARS i would..HORRIBLE customer service!! This place is ran by a bunch of little kids who speak spanish about you thinking you don’t understand AND don’t have any customer service skills at all! I ordered my food to be delivered and waited over an HOUR and never received my order. Kept checking the “doordash” link sent via text and came to find out my order was CANCELLED!!!! I called the store 3 times, they pick up and hang up within a second…called the corporate number which was a major JOKE and was told i will be contacted within 1-2 bus days for my refund!!! I instead drove all the way to the request my refund at the store and was told my order was in fact given to the door dash driver which was a LIE because i even showed proof from the link which showed my order was cancelled at 10:52 pm!! Asked for names of employees and managers and the lady at the front along with the guy started speaking spanish instead of assisting!! …..Please whatever you do find another pizza hut location because this is by far the...
