Randy was short, and confrontational, with me. He would answer some questions but when I wanted specifics like asking for a contract to review in writing, prior to committing a rental, his reply was “it’s in cue and I cannot give this to you at this second”. I said it’s not needed today, what about in the next few business days? Then all the sudden the golf simulator I inquired about, with specific dates, is not available based on their inventory. I replied with a thanks and he hung up on me. I dodged a bullet. This company may provide good service to some people but in terms of customer service inquiries, I would give Randy a zero. He wouldn’t even give me their number in case I had further questions on first request. He said it’s in the email signature. I told him Jennifer did not provide that. He finally provided a number. It’s pretty sketch when you can’t even find a business number on their website.
There is another company I called to ask questions about a golf simulator rental. For one, their phone number is listed on the top page of their website. Secondly, the owner answered immediately and politely answered all my questions and encouraged me to call back. I contacted this service for their mirror selfie for my wedding reception via email. I got a response with some standard package information and a time pressured date to get a promotional offer. Fine, I responded back within a day with a couple follow up questions. I got no response. I bumped that email a couple days later, no response. A week goes by and I decide to give them a call today. Randy within 60 seconds of the start of the call said, oh you contacted us earlier, if you book today we can give you X price which was higher than the original promotional price. Right away, I was like Randy, I have a couple questions that no one even bothered to answer. This is for my wedding, I'm sorry if I have a couple questions for a vendor that I'm paying?!?!?! I was a little iffy about getting a photobooth for my wedding this September, as I was hesitate about taking my guests away from the party and dancing, but I am so glad I did! My husband and I decided to go with the newly innovative photobooth (the mirror photobooth) and all our guests had a blast taking photos from it, and it was a very nice added touch to the wedding! We reached out to NextGen pretty last minute (about two weeks before the wedding) and everyone was very helpful in answering all our questions and they were a pleasure to work with. NextGen provided us with a flashdrive of all the photos taken which was so great to look back on and have for our memories! The photobooth attendant was absolutley great!
