I ordered takeout from Bloomfield Best Bagels for breakfast while working from home, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. I went with two items: Leo's Special Sandwich on a Marble Rye bagel and the Tuscan Steak Panini. Leo's Special Sandwich was the standout for me. Served on a delicious Marble Rye bagel, the sandwich featured bacon, egg, and a chicken cutlet, and it was packed with flavor. Each ingredient complemented the other perfectly, and the combination really popped with every bite. The bagel itself was fresh and had a nice chew, and the portion was very satisfying. It’s the kind of breakfast sandwich you crave long after you’ve finished eating it, and I could easily see myself ordering it again. The Tuscan Steak Panini was also good, though slightly smaller in size compared to the sandwich. However, what it lacked in size, it made up for in taste. The steak was perfectly cooked and well seasoned, with just the right balance of flavors. While it didn’t impress me as much as Leo's Special, it was still a solid choice for a breakfast panini. Overall, this was some of the best breakfast I’ve had in a long time. Both items were well executed, and the quality was impressive. I’m looking forward to trying more items from their menu because it’s been a while since I’ve been this satisfied with a breakfast spot. Highly recommend!

They got my order wrong one too many times. They are definitely not Bloomfields best. I'm done going there Update 8/31/2023: I was forced to go here for breakfast after I dropped my car off at the mechanic close by. I thought I would give it another try. I ordered a Taylor ham egg and cheese and it was very UNDERWHELMING. It was 2 thin slices of ham, 1 thin egg and 1 slice of cheese. Even their ketchup was a tiny squirt. They are skimping! Again, I will not be returning. Let’s see if I stick to it this time.

Bloomfield Bagels in NJ has truly mastered the art of the bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel, creating a breakfast delight that is second to none! From the moment you take your first bite, you're greeted by a symphony of flavors that dance on your taste buds.

The everything bagel provides the perfect canvas, with its savory blend of seeds and spices adding depth and texture to every mouthful. And nestled within its warm embrace are generous portions of crispy bacon, fluffy eggs, and gooey melted cheese, creating a harmonious marriage of flavors and textures that is nothing short of perfection.

But what truly sets Bloomfield Bagels apart is the quality of their ingredients. Each component of the sandwich is fresh and flavorful, from the crispy bacon to the farm-fresh eggs and the creamy melted cheese. It's clear that they take pride in sourcing the best ingredients possible, and it shines through in every bite.

And let's not forget about the friendly service and welcoming atmosphere that greets you as soon as you walk through the door. Whether you're stopping in for a quick breakfast on the go or lingering over a leisurely meal, you'll always feel like part of the Bloomfield Bagels family.

Bloomfield Bagels in NJ is a breakfast destination not to be missed, and their bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel is a true standout. So whether you're a local looking for your new go-to breakfast spot or just passing through town, be sure to treat yourself to this delicious morning indulgence. You won't be...

Absolute worst quality food and customer service. The last 4 times I’ve ordered from here, they forget items or send the wrong order. Last time I ordered 5 breakfast platters, each with double meat, and 5 bottled drinks. They did not include the double meat, and forgot to pack my drinks (which seems to be a tradition for this place). I called and got a man on the phone who identified himself as the owner. I told him how dissatisfied I was, and how his staff always seems to forgot something from my order. He offered to make the double meat for me to come pick up, along with the 5 drinks. Why should I be inconvenienced? I told him I won’t be traveling to the store for that, next time I order just include my stuff in the new order. Well I ordered this week through DoorDash and I called the store to remind them to include my 5 drinks. The woman who answered the phone doesn’t understand English and keeps asking me what I want in the platter. I explain I’m not asking for a platter, I’m asking for the 5 drinks you owe me from last order. She gave the phone to a young lady who stated they aren’t going to include any drinks in my order because she don’t know what I’m talking about. Completely treated me like I was lying to get free drinks. She asked for my name and number to give to the owner Leo, who is yet to contact me. What a horrible way to run business, little by little robbing people; Incompetent AND rude?! No thanks, I will never give business...

This place caters to online ordering and no matter how busy it gets, they will not pause the system. They keep taking orders and a show of greed as opposed to customer service at whereas the argument can be made they're trying their best, as is everywhere, if that's the case then do more common sense type of things like the affirmation pausing of taking new orders. If there's people there that like to walk in and get their food this way it's maybe sit down have a coffee. And they have to wait a half hour because they're catering to Uber eats and door dash and the other ones, and there's less people working than the weekends, this is all just common sense stuff. They gave us a refund after we wasted over 20 minutes. Also, more than one time I have saw an unattracting, unkept crowd. Many of the other regulars are just sitting around talking politics making it uncomfortable to stay there and making your stuff to go. After 15 years living here and frequenting this place, I had to change my review from positive to completely negative. Especially when I was met with the response of the owner towards another patron today letting him know he didn't care about his opinion. Keep in mind this is a guy that will come from behind the counter make a coffee grab a drink lick his fingers numerous times still have cream cheese on his chin and go make your sandwich. So I would keep an eye on everyone's hand, money, contaminated area, food touching habits...
