Perfect Ten Nails — Local services in Bloomingdale

I’ve been going to this nail salon for 4 years & for the past year or so the experience is getting worse & worse.i kept hoping they would start doing better but since I was nice enough to wait a few times when they wanted to do people who were in a hurry before me even though I had an appointment I realized that I was waiting 1/2 to 1 hour past my appt regularly. Also the quality of the work is suffering. I brought my daughter but since they keep scheduling her with the new people her nails peel off in a week & they work slow & she has to sit there an hour & 1/2. The final straw was 2 Saturday’s ago when I made appts for me & my daughter & asked them to make sure she has someone with experience. We come to find out that they didn’t schedule her with anyone & I had to wait for an hour for my nail person to take me again even though I had an appt. my daughter & I had to use the same person once she was done doing the client who she was doing during my appointment time. I started out with an 11:30 appt & between me & my daughter we didn’t finish til 2:15. Time to find a shop that takes care...

Been going here for over 15 years and never had an issue until today. My mother is in town and I called on Wednesday and spoke with a woman to make an appointment for 4:30 on Saturday for a fill in and a full set. They were busy when we walked in which is normal especially for a Saturday. Seeming I had an appointment I figured we wouldn't have to wait more than 15 minutes but then the owners says "he made your appointment for 5:30" I said I spoke to a woman and it was set for 4:30. She said I can either wait or go somewhere else. My mother and I then went to Blooming Nails just down the road and were helped immediately. Very disappointed with the service I received today. Nancy and her mother do such nice work. And to top it off they are wonderful people. I needed a quick nail fix for my brother's wedding and they came through with some fancy nail art to compliment my dress perfectly. Nancy is such a sweetheart and always makes my nails look so nice. I don't have long nails but love to have no chip manicures. My manicures last at least 2 weeks without any problems. And aside from my nails growing out, my manicures last me 3-4 weeks or more. Easily.

Nancy is easy to talk to and actually listens too! I love this place and won't be going...
