I originally came here to get my I phone screen replaced because the screen was falling off. They charged me about 100 dollars and I payed an extra 50 for a case. 3 months later my screen began falling off again and my battery needed to be replaced and I payed another 150 or so for the screen and battery to be fixed. 3 months later my battery is completely broken again and my screen continues to pop in and out of my phone even though I have payed to get it fixed twice there. We went to the Apple store and a worker proceeded to tell us the mutiple things the lady at the store did wrong when she fixed my screen and he said that he couldn’t fix my battery because it has non-Apple products on it (since I got it fixed at a store not owned by Apple twice). We went back to Always Cellular and they wouldn’t fix it without charge because it only had a one month warranty and I have had this problem for 3 months. I am very disappointed in the service here and I never plan to go again because I’ve payed over 300 dollars to get my phone fixed twice and the exact same problems occur from when it was first broken. Read moreIt was the worst experience I had for 450.00!!!. I purchased a new phone screen for my S7 and it lasted 2 days. Yosef ( not sure of the spelling) told me I cracked the screen. "Don't keep it in your back pocket" Ok, I had to pay another 200.00 and that screen lasted 2 days also. The phone was in a case this time with a screen protector. I did not drop my phone and carried it with me carefully as if it was a new born baby. No refund or repair!!!!!!!!!. I have had this phone before my screen went out for the 1st time for 2 years and now it's the way I carry it???? No it is the way of their installation. The screen moved spongy against the phone after the 1st time. They should notify their customers that when they replace a screen it will not be as if it was factory. My advice is to just buy new or what ever you do don't bring it to Always Cellular. Unbelievable the worst company with the worst customer service. Read moreI had asked about the fixing cost and time for the backscreen. Messaged it was iphone 13 pro max, was quoted $120 and when I got to the place they said to have the back cover with an apple logo it would be additional $40 ($165 total) as that is a different case. Felt that was shady to price lure someone to come it. Was told 3 hours but really took 3.5 hours to get it completed. That night I was trying to take a photo with the flash and it wasn't working. Reached out to the clerk and he said to come back & he will look at it. He was unable to determine the cause of it and said "he didn't check it before so he is not sure if it broke after." I took it to Apple Store in Oakbrook and they were able to give me a phone replacement but stated the cover replacement was not done correctly - hence the issue.
