GameStop — Local services in Bloomington

If I could give this particular GameStop 10 stars I would. In all my years as a customer, from the west coat to the east and many stores in between I have never seen a more competent store. All the employees were knowledgeable, helpful and the store was immaculately clean. I have visited this store several times but the visit that prompted me to write this review happened during the OLED switch launch. It was fast and efficient. The all female staff that was present during the launch was not only a welcome change of pace but communicated extremely well with the customers present and each other, showing they had taken the time to know their stock and information regarding the products releasing ( OLED, a new Pokémon set, new Metroid game, etc.). I look forward to my next visit and hope that the company takes notice of this store as it’s a prime example of what a Game...

Forwards your call's to automated goodbye thing after waiting to speak to store rep. If you go into store and confront any of the employees who work there, they'd rather say they never received the call. Or if their to ignorant they just act as though they haven't done this multiple times and play coi with anybody they don't want to help. Biasm is at it's peak in the US because everyone by nature is biased. So it comes as no surprise that this gamestop's just as alot of business's are now of days. Lazy. Unintelligible. They were friendly and very helpful. The only complaint I really had was trying to push the warranty on me for the elite series 2 controller. While I understood the point of the warranty, I've never had the issue he described as the reasoning behind why he recommended the warranty. And I was asked if I was sure if I didn't want the warranty after already stating that I didn't want it, do to the fact I've never experienced the issue he described. Even after having my controller for over a year. The only reason I'm having issues with mine now is due to me not being very good with anger...
