Incredibly kind, helpful staff! I cannot rave about the staff enough. You can tell the owner and staff are incredibly knowledgeable, care about their customers, and want to help you out. We came in for my partner who requires a more unique fit after failing to find an appropriate suit for their siblings wedding, and we left with everything we needed. They were incredibly receptive to the notes we were looking for, and were able to find a middle ground on what met our criteria and fit them well. As someone who used to do minor tailoring and can sew, I can tell that everyone present knows exactly what they are talking about. With staffing shortages nationwide, customer service skills tend to go unnoticed and under-appreciated ( or are just gone), but this team has customer service far beyond the bar. Professional and fantastic attention to detail sizing up my suit, confident and experienced team here eager to welcome and move me through the fitting, and a beautiful setup space ripe for the fancy and thick wallets which is definitely required. My wallet was thinned quickly with the wedding party attire fitted and purchased, three hundo and sixty I believe it was. The groom himself shared he managed to nearly double that. I'm surprised weddings do not receive a more substantial discount considering the Asian origins of products here certainly have no serious cost.
