Their location is nice, but I've brought my jeep in a dozen times for the same issue and only now is it (hopefully) fixed. My biggest issue is that the service staff don't explain anything. I bring in my car, they say something like, "Looks like its an active code issue." or "We'll have to replace the cam phaser." as if I have any clue whatsoever what those things mean. They would benefit greatly if they took the time to explain at least the basics of what's wrong in plain English. We very much appreciate their willingness to work through this and do the right thing. Our 18 year old son bought a car from Community Car sales on Friday 2/12. On Wednesday 2/17/21- the car caught on fire- a total loss. Community Cars provided no assistance. Did not offer any compensation, refund or exchange of vehicles.
