I am sure this business has had a few bad transactions. It goes with the territory of used furniture. You simply can't make everything perfect for some with used items. Having said that. I can tell you that my experience was exceptional. My brother was in town helping me to find a mattress for my granddaughter. The reason being she was coming home from hospital after surgery on a Thursday. I explained to the salesperson that it was important that it be delivered the next day. This young man was extremely kind and assured me that whatever matters I picked out. It would be delivered on time. The guy showed real empathy and I found a great used mattress in my budget. I did call them the next day to remind them. The owner called me back in 10 minutes and said they were on their way. The delivery guys carried both matters and box springs up a floor to my apartment. One of the guys was very nice. The other just sort of carried. But, hey. Both did their job. All in all. I am extremely pleased and would recommend Kern to anyone looking for a no hassle furniture buy. I want to say thank you to Mr. Kern and the salesman. You guys made my granddaughter feel...

My His experience was just terrible. Couldn't get a hold of anyone when I need it too. Was promised delivery several different times no one called to say it wouldn't be here. Took a day off work thinking they would be here. Then finally someone brought my couch and it was broken.He was still trying to attempt to bring it in by himself I couldn't believe what I was watching. So Then I was told they would have to get another one but it had to be ordered. Then after several days they finally bought the new one It was a different color of so frustrated. I had gotten rid of my old one because they said they'd be up the next day with the new 1, so I accepted it. Then, after I sat on it once they brought it in the left side part of the recliner was broken. I went ahead and repair it on my own because no one would return a call.. the bed that I purchased last year around three months. I finally threw it out and got a new one I would never recommend that...

Bought a BRAND NEW MATTRESS and BOX SPRINGS and FRAME. Added on a mattress protector over the phone. Was to be delivered on a certain day but didnt happen. Rescheduled. Then said couldnt when did I actually need it? Finally delivered and no mattress pad/protector. Said he would get it right out. Called again...same story...will getit right out. Called again and told he got it returned wrong address. Then said needed zip plus 4 to deliver. Said would get out next day. 3 weeks later received COD when I was to get an invoice. ALSO the frame he sent had no center support which would void warranty and was told just go get 1 from Slumberland or anywhere.....I will pick other 1 up. I am sure that wont happen either. Our son was going to get a king and a relative was going to purchase 2 beds. We said STAY AWAY unless you want the run around and want sold product that voids warranty. Shame on them...they knew what...
