As far as the food is concerned, this location is excellent. However, they really need to figure out how to prioritize mobile orders. Last week on Wednesday, my mobile order was supposed to be done at 5:55. They didn't get it done until 6:35 and probably would've taken longer had I not said anything. They didn't have a good explanation as to why it took so long, other than they were waiting on one item to get cooked. The real reason was they were filling the walk-in's and drive-thru before the mobile orders. There wasn't even that much walk-in traffic while I was there, either. Yesterday, my husband ate here with our son and he noticed someone waiting for their mobile order the whole time they were there, from ordering to eating. With this being a new location, I know they have some kinks to work out and have seen some improvements since they first opened. If they can figure out how to appropriately prioritize their orders, they'll be excellent in every way, though. We'll definitely go back, but I'm not making a mobile order anyone soon.
Update: I went through the drive-thru today and that wasn't any better. I had 20 minutes to order and wait for my food, so I could get back home in time for a virtual meeting. We pulled into the drive-thru at 1:30pm where no one else was in line to order. It took a couple minutes for someone to even address I was there. I ordered, but they were out of string bean chicken (the third time this had happened), so I had to order something else. After paying, I was told to pull forward to wait in line with the other cars who had paid already. The lady in front of me waited so long that she went inside and ended up getting a refund, leaving without any food. This wasn't a good sign. We ended up getting our food at 2:03pm. Not only was I late to my meeting, but the worst part was I had a feeling this exact thing would happen before even visiting this location. I wasn't surprised, since this type of thing is normal every time I go here, whether it happens to me or I witness it happening to someone else. The problem is a breakdown with prioritizing orders. Read moreStaff was EXTREMELY rude. I wish I could give ZERO stars! I placed an order on the app for pick up, which CLEARLY states that they close at 10 pm. I got there at 9:30 pm, went through the drive thru, was greeted at the intercom, and I asked to pick up my food. After 10 minutes of noone responding, after being greeted, I pulled forward. I sat at the window for 5 minutes or so while 2 employees went back and forth from angrily staring at me to laughing. After those 5 minutes, a man walks to the window, showing me a text on his phone saying, "We closed 30 minutes ago." I asked for a refund as this was the last of my money and I had not eaten today.. They RUDELY told me NO! I never got a refund nor the food and had to go without eating at all tonight! We had to wait for an extra 5 minutes just to reorder our food. The worker behind the mic gave us an estimate of 15 minutes.
