Subway — Restaurant in Bloomington

Went to use a coupon. Apparently the trainee didn’t know that a certain sun sandwich wasn’t on the coupon. Sandwiches was over half made. Apparently the boss says that that particular sandwich wasn’t part of the sandwich. Then go to take apart the sandwich we wanted. I had no clue about the coupon and what sandwiches was part of it. The proper thing to do would’ve been just to make the sandwiches and give them give it part of the deal, but apparently they don’t have great customer service there. So we left with nothing and won’t return. At least to that...

I was mot very happy with the food or service .the bread was not fresh And i ask for extra tuna because he gave me 3 scoops instead of 5 like other subways and was told no and i could not pay extra for extra tuna .my the sandwich he just threw the meat on it i was going to leave but i didn't want to drive over to the one on market st .which is the one i normally go to ..i will not return to this one on main st .i have been there 2 times and was not...

The guy working this morning was very helpful. I imagine making my sandwich can be a real time consuming pain in the seat cushion (actually have been told so by some lazy toad in scottsburg, in). This guy didn't even skip a beat when I back tracked on how I wanted my sandwich layered. He genuinely seemed happy to see that I was satisfied with how we built my sandwich.
