I am absolutely disgusted with this location. I waited about an hour for my food. The lady at the DT told me that my sandwiches will be up in about 7 minutes and told me to pull to the side. Little did I know I had to wait an hour. After 30 minutes I went inside and tried talking to the person up front. I waited about another 20 minutes inside. I noticed that all the workers were on there phones and talking to each other. It wasn’t even busy either. I told her Ive been waiting for about 50 minutes for my order and she said she completely forgot and didn’t even apologize. After going back to my car for 10 minutes, the DT lady finally came out to give it to me. I double checked my order and it wasn’t even right. I went through the drive through again and told her I was missing two sides. She then told me to come inside if I wanted to get my sides, which really ticked me off.
I originally ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches but instead The chicken sandwiches that I received was the original sandwiches and both of them were filled with mayo. It looked like a mayo sandwich. The chicken was cold, my drink was flat, there wasn’t any napkins or utensils in my bag.
I will never be going to this location again. The employees at this location were terrible. One worker was literally walking around in the back on his phone doing nothing, while another employee was in the back just standing there, the lady up front was complaining about how she needed a break even though it wasn’t busy. I was amazed on how the they couldn’t even get a simple order right. My order consisted of two sides, two chicken sandwiches, fries, biscuit and a drink. I was beyond frustrated waiting over an hour. Definitely the worse experience I have had with a fast food restaurant.
I was mind blown about the whole experience. I don’t know how this place is still up and running. I was only inside for 20 minutes and the whole place was...
Read moreI'm giving 2 stars cause I haven't had chicken at this particular Popeye's in quite some time, but remembering when I did used to go there, it was terrible. Growing up, I used to love Popeye's, and it used to be somewhere one could look forward to going to cause you knew the food would be delicious, but now? I don't know what is happening. Customer service has went down at the majority of Popeye's restaurants, and so has chicken quality and the actual seasoning and cooking of the chicken. The red beans and rice are weird tasting anymore, the biscuits are a bit salty, my Cajun rice had a hair in it, again tons of ghetto people working there that have ZERO customer service skills and don't know how to talk to people. The thing they need to understand is that it should be an honor for customers to come to their establishment and spend their money there. The food is not free. We are paying for it. They should stop treating people like they're giving the food out for free. Also, I remember a couple of trailer park looking white women that used to work at this particular branch, and because I was wearing hijab, they were staring at me and giving me weird looks. Very unprofessional and rude. I'm starting to think the owners, managers, etc. of these chains don't care about the customers and hire these idiots to work for them who abuse their customers daily. If the customers stop coming, you dummies will stop making money and then you will have to close your businesses, or don't you understand this??? And stop selling old, sub-par chicken you probably got cheap from China. Frozen. -- Stop selling people chicken you had under a heat lamp for hours and hours, otherwise sell that mess at a discount and give people a choice about whether they want that or not. --...

Went through the drive through, ordered the little cajun shrimp things and two chicken biscuits. First time at a Popeye's. Although I was acknowledged immediately when I pulled up to the menuboard, it took quite awhile for the employee to actually take my order. My passenger and I stopped keeping track after 10 minutes. There was one other car in front of us, but we were in line for just under 30 minutes before we arrived at the window. The lady at the window must have been having a terrible day. There was no hello, smile, please, thank you, nothing nice at all. Grabs the money from me, hands back change, and yanked that window closed seemingly as fast as she could. Waited awhile longer for our food at the end of the line where there are windows. I thought maybe they were busy, but from the outside looking in, there were probably 12 people inside at the tables, another 3 at the counter ordering. After another 15 minutes, we had our food. Do NOT go here expecting to obtain and consume your meal and return to work in time to clock back in before the end of your shift.
As for the food, it was wonderful! Whoever is cooking those little shrimp guys is doing a fantastic job! And the biscuit, my goodness, it was very good!
Even though the food was great, I won't be returning to this Popeye's. These folks obviously don't their customers or their customer's time, although they do make...
