Wanted to be sure to share my experience with others so their vacation would not be ruined as mine was. At first I thought maybe it was just me having a bad encounter, but I’m AMAZED at how many reviews here absolutely coincide with the experience I had. The man at the front desk was the nastiest, rudest, meanest individual I’ve ever met and his female sidekick was only second to him. Super confrontational, itching for a fight and verbally abusive the moment he realized my political views didn’t match his. Why he was discussing politics with a customer is beyond me, but he brought it up. This all occurred in the first 5 minutes I walked through the door! He was VERY unprofessional and had a total lack of knowledges about customer service. DO NOT PATRONIZE this establishment, they don’t deserve your hard earned money! Like another review wrote.... 0 out of 10! P.S. a couple out in the parking lot stopped me and told me they heard how he was speaking to me and left without making a purchase...

I would give less than one star if I could. The people there were SO SO rude to us. I absolutely could not believe that they actually run a business with that kind of attitude towards their customers. The item that we wanted had a price tag on it that they kept arguing with us saying that it "wasn't their price tag." The price tag described the item in detail and had a price on it so we assumed that THAT was indeed the price. They finally sold it to us for that price then wanted to tell us in the MOST demeaning voice possible how lucky we were to get it for that price. You know, because they were doing us such a favor for selling us something at the price that was on it. Crazy, huh? Furthermore, the item was actually supposed to be a set of two things.
