Roses Discount Store — Local services in Blue Ridge

I had spent an hour with my mother and son to buy a good bit of product. We had seen many signs with prices everywhere and sale discounts. However, when I was being wrung up, I noticed prices weren’t what they said on the racks. When I asked the lady at the register, she rudely ignored me and started looking at their flyer for prices and so I showed her a picture of items that are all over their store and she still didn’t want to change it. So I asked her to void the whole ticket out since they weren’t being customer friendly in the least. The biggest topper was when I called the store for the manager, she then went to say excuses like some one else put clothes on the wrong rack (which does happen) but they weren’t willing to work with me when they’re too understaff to fix the misplaced items. If you’re looking for no help and rude people to be UNHELPFUL at all and the cheapest made products, then this is still the right store for you. Another thing is that refuse to clean the men’s bathroom. There was no paper no soap, paper all over the bathroom. Bowels still in the toilets and clearly had been there for more than just that day. They had house dresses marked as $5.99 on a rack with other house dresses.

They rang up as $8.99, when mentioning it to the cashier Marion, she gave so much attitude and asked the manager to come check.

The manager looked and said “I can’t give it to you for $5.99 because the girls marked it wrong”

She asked if I still wanted them and I said yes for the marked price.

The manager was RUDE so RUDE “not my fault the girls marked them wrong”

I paid the $8.99 but LORD what happened to customer service? They were so RUDE and UGLY about this.

False advertising, as they had 2 separate locations for these house dresses all marked as $5.99.

I used to visit this location when I was in the area vacationing with my family. Very shabby looking men and women clothing items. Alot of rude Caucasian customers with bad attitudes that visit this store location, but it is to be expected due to the area. Also the staff are not friendly or welcoming of different races of people shopping here other then Caucasians. FYI...there are other races with money that shop and visit this area. You didn't make the mountains with your bare hands. I will definitely not be returning...
