We usually eat at the location in our town which is smaller than the Blue Ridge location and somehow more...... digital? We had eaten at this location a few times in the past over the past few years and each time we had ordered in the drive through. This time we had just gotten done with a long drive and decided to go inside the lobby and boy did we make the right decision! The energy of the entire staff of young folks was just fire! Overwhelmingly positive; smiles and laughing uniformly across the board. A row of laughing and smiling young workers made this business work as it was truly designed to. It was the antithesis to what we see at most of the fast food businesses that we visit, where the dour and exhausted workers create a depressing vibe resulting in a lobby where no sane person would want to dine. Not here. The bubbly young female cashier with long red pigtails who took our order was the absolute epitome of what proper customer service looks like to us: she seemed genuinely happy as did everyone else behind the counter. She even smiled and laughed at every single one of my dumb jokes. I could also tell that her laughter was genuine. The lobby was spacious and pleasantly furnished, clean as a whistle, bright as a shiny new penny, and just....... inviting. The music on the radio was surprisingly jubilant and jammy, full of strange new age mainstream hip hop/pop tunes featuring playful lines comparing a young man's new lover to Drew Barrymore's classic beauty and Joie de vivre, upbeat mixes combining 1970's style funk with 1990's style pop techno, and everything in between. The food was as good as this chain gets. The entire staff deserves a raise. Our visit was around eight o'clock pm on Wednesday, November thirteenth of the year two thousand and twenty four.

I don’t ever make bad reviews. It’s not my thing. This was like the drawing line for me, personally. I’ve always loved Taco Bell. Never had have a bad experience. Don’t know if it was just the crew that was on shift tonight or what was going on. I ordered a Chalupa Catina box. Whenever the food came out, I noticed the drink was nothing but sweetener and then opened the bag to completely unseasoned fries. Rode back around, decided not to make it harder on them and only asked for new fries since they were supposed to be nacho and I paid extra to get a large added on. Didn’t say anything about the drink. Opened the new bag of fries, they were cold, and SO over seasoned. Obviously and intentionally over seasoned. I’m not sure if they thought I was just trying to be a pain.. I still ate the fries, scarped some of the dust off. Carried on. Got to my chicken taco and it was stuck to the wrapping from the wetness of the taco. Not dripping with sauce. Seemed to be water. My guess from the bottom of the lettuce container. The chalupa was fine. The 5 layer was absolutely SMOTHERED in cheese, very unreasonably. I know to some this may sound a tad bit dramatic, but this truly was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in this town. The worker said the fries were fresh upon handing them to me. We immediately pulled over to eat. I should’ve just asked for a refund, but I was hungry. Needless to say it definitely would’ve been the better option because I was unable to finish any of the food at all. A few bites, and I threw everything out. Don’t come close to closing time!!! They are seriously only worried about getting out of there. Understandable, but they could’ve at least tried a little bit.

It's a taco bell. Drive through gets busy at night. They will leave you waiting a long time and be sure to double check your order. Inside smells faintly of something unpleasant. I do like the old school vibe they're still rocking. Mexican pizza is usually sold out but I think that's everywhere right now. Otherwise they usually have most things on the menu unlike some other locations and I'd say they are reasonably quick. However taco bell has been raising prices so that 15 bucks to feed 4 people is not really true anymore. Keep an eye on the prices of the popular items so you don't get surprised.

good job getting the order right. however the guy taking orders last night you need to be more helpful. you see people struggling with ordering drinks because yall are out of half your drink selection. why not tell us what you do have to drink. Also management by you neglecting to post any type of signs on the menu or speaker you failed your team. so don't get onto this young man unless your willing to take most the blame yourself. as far as taste and quality yall are not the worst taco bell I've been to. I was very reluctant to go last night but our job ran late and you were one of the only choices still open. id come back though honestly yall hold more stars than a couple restaurants around here. my one major complaint is that all my food was still hot and fresh besides my chalupas. they were cold and seemed like it was a mistake from a past order. also I didn't order chicken chalupas so i was definitely upset about the entire meal. when my soft taco is better and more satisfying than the main part of the meal there's a problem. I will try this establishment again. however I definitely feel I am owed a meal that is completely fresh . fix a couple things and ill be happy to give an updated review the next...
