Harbor Freight — Local services in Murphy

Oh boy, where do I begin? Well, I went to Harbor Freight in Blue Ridge to purchase a 9500 Predator generator. It was 7:35 pm and they close at 8 pm. As soon as we walked in, the lady at the front came over the intercom and said please find your way to the front, they were closing in 15 minutes. So I walked to the front and was asking about the Track deals. Boy, let me tell you, this lady was so rude. She told me I couldn’t spend $3500 on a generator because she was about to close and she didn’t have anyone. Hell, I was there with my buddy. Plus, if you know anything about them, they have these carts they can jack up, so no lifting is needed. I wish I had gotten her name, but I couldn’t deal with her anymore. Way to kill a small business. I was trying to replace a generator that blew up that I had previously...

New store, so very clean. Associates were very friendly. There were products that I did not realize. Harbor freight carried that I use and up until then was unable to get locally. I would have to order online so having a local store carry it is a big plus. It's not a gigantic store so it's not overwhelming. But very impressed with the stock they keep.
