Dont waste your time here. Take the extra time to go to corporate store in Elijay. This is not a corporate store and is privately owned according to Verizon so they have no control what this store does or says. Went in with phone that I was having problems with. Man with beard looked up my account on computer (where he saw I had Verizon cloud back up, that I paid for every month, but I had forgotten that I had). I tried to explain what was going on with my phone but he interrupted asking questions about what I wanted in new phone and I should have insurance. I asked if he was going to help me or did he even know anything about my phone. He picked it up, turned it off and it would not turn back on. He said that he couldn't do anything with it because it would not turn on. I asked if he could get my information off old phone. Then was told if I had bought insurance he might could help me. I clarified with him "if I had insurance on phone he could get my information off" he said yes. That's when I got up and left store. Called Verizon and found out that I had cloud back up through Verizon and could get all information off old phone. Plus swap out memory card from old phone to new. They also sold me phone for $169, over $100 cheaper than the cheapest one that was shown to me in store. Then picked up said phone in this same store that didn't seem to have this phone before. My wife went in to get phone and she was told they didn't know how to execute a pre purchase, tried to up sale for more than 20 minutes before finally handing her phone I had paid for an hour before. Read moreMy Mom has always told me that she prefer the customer service the employ have at specifically the Verizon Store that is located in Blairsville, Ga. And I can see why my mom feels that way. The employees that I have had the privilege to meet in Blairsville. They are so friendly, and out of the 3 Verizon Stores that are in our area, so far the employees I have met are by far the most helpful employees So, my Mom, and my self would like to thank the agents that we just recently meet at the Blairsville for taking the time to help me and my mom. Y’all are extremely good at what y’all do, but it me them and also for making sure we fully understood everything that had just been explain to us very clearly and in great detail. We are extremely happy with your customer service both of the times we were there, recently. So worth the extra miles to drive to know that we will be treated with this outstanding level of customer service, that it is so worth extra miles we have drive to Blairsville Verizon. I mean sure maybe we could save a few buck in gas but, but who cares I would rather be treated nicely, because then to save more/and sure it’s nice to be spoiled from time to time but I think a women knows how to spoil herself so much better then your special someone that has just started to learn how you would like to be treated.Even going there when we have been treated so badly on more then one when we went to stores out of town and Murphy was the last place. Read moreSo frustrated by this store and their manager. Maybe this review will get him to actually call me back. I went in in the beginning of August to trade in my device because it wasn't working properly. The manager/owner tried to help me trade for a device, two of them they didn't have so i settled for the 3rd. I was there for almost 3 hours for such a simple transaction. When I left, I left my old device with him with him stating he would send it in for me. I am now being charged $400 for the device because Verizon says they never received it. I called and called and never got an answer. He finally called me back and said not to worry about it, he would look into it and it would be fine. That he would call me back in 15 minutes and if anything else came up, I now had the best number to reach him at. He didnt call me back. 3 days later, I called again and left a voicemail. The next day I called and left a voicemail. Then I gave up on him and went to customer service who started an inquiry and said dont worry, it would be handled. And yet, here I am, a month later (two from turning in the device) and I'm still being charged. I'd come in and speak with him directly but Id been visiting family so I live several hours away.
