If GINELLY is ever working when you go in, spare yourself a disappointing encounter so you can actually enjoy shopping there.
Just in there 30 minutes ago and when my little sister wanted to put something on hold she threw the “hold tag” booklet at her and was incredibly rude to her about filling out her info.
Before that I nicely asked if she could help me get a shirt down. She went to grab the rod and started to follow me to the shirt, then stopped to mess with whatever jewelry on a rack and got snippy when I tried to show her which shirt I needed. When she got it down she looked me up and down and said “is it the right size”!?!?!??? Girl I know you be treating other people like this too.
Moral of the story, she needs an attitude fix and definitely shouldn’t be in customer service if she’s going to be acting like...

Upon showing up, she seemed to have a bad attitude and didn’t want to be there. After successfully finding some clothes, she checked us out. She was very rude and dismissive at checkout. At the end of checking us out, she ripped open my bag crumpled up my receipt and threw it in the bag. I used to come here often, but after this experience I will not be returning.
