I went into Gorjana excited to shop because their jewelry is absolutely beautiful—but unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. Very cute jewelry and affordable pricing. Only reason for my low rating is because we were there for about 15-20 minutes and none of the employees approached to help us. There were two of them and I was the only customer in the store. I was interested in purchasing two necklaces but their lack of customer service unmotivated me. Totally obsessed with this store. Especially now since layering is in style. You can shop one side of the store for the plated items and the other for the fine jewelry. I have purchased from both sides and absolutely love how "dainty" everything is. Can't go to the mall without stopping by to check out what's new. The staff are always friendly...
