Dining Experience: Opting for the Caprese pizza, we were treated to a culinary delight that exceeded expectations. The pizza, crafted before our eyes, showcased the skilled artistry of the chefs and the freshness of the ingredients. The dough, with its distinctive flavor profile, served as the perfect foundation for the delectable toppings. The marinara sauce, infused with a hint of sweetness, provided a delightful contrast to the savory cheese and vibrant basil leaves, resulting in a harmonious blend of flavors.

Read moreWhere do I begin? We placed a delivery order..the food arrived with no utensils and we asked for them 2x. The food was not hot when we opened it up. Three out of 4 dishes were not correct so we called. The owner was so nice and offered a full refund. We never received it so we called again. He apologized and said he was doing it again..again? He didn't do it the 1st time...guess what ? He didn't do it tbe second time either. The problem is now it's 8 weeks later and we didn't get it so i contacted my credit card company I disputed the charge but was told by my credit card company that I waited too long. Do you believe that? Please don't support this small business there are plenty of great local businesses to support Pummarolo is not one of them!!!
Update. The owner responded on here as if he was going to rectify the situation. Sir if you didn't want the bad review you should have checked your orders before sending them out, you should not have offered a refund if you had zero intention of giving the refund. You didn't lie once about th refund you lied 3x. Twice to me and once to my credit card company. You're simply just not a good businessman. You esrned yourself a lousy review by lying. Believe it or not the lousy food and the poor service didn't get us here. It was your lying to my face 2x that got us here. I've had lousy food before and you'll see i don't leave reviews for that it happens sometimes I get it. But integrity issues on top of lousy food and service is not going to get you any word of mouth business that's for sure. I can already tell you you lose 2 families business because the people I was visiting with were aware of the incident and your lack of response to handling it. Remember when I called you offered the refund I didn't ask. I would have settled for a credit that might never have been used since it was so bad I probably wouldn't...
Read moreWhen we were walking through the food court, shopping for a light snack, I had no intention of having a plate of gnocchi Alfredo. Nope, stuff like that isn't on my diet. Stuff like that makes me fat. Stuff like that is totally out of the question. But there was a server walking around handing out samples. Okay, I can't get in any trouble with one gnocchi, no harm in trying it.
Famous. Last. Words.
One bite of this stuff and I was sunk. There was no way that I could not order it after tasting. Perfectly cooked little pillows of goodness, swimming in a just right pool of cream and garlic. So I would have to walk an extra 10 miles or so before I went to bed. It was worth it. And the bread. Oh my. Bread is my weakness. They make it right there in their tiny little kitchen. A brown, slightly chewy crust and the perfect, somewhat coarse texture. I would have bought a couple of loaves to take home, but they don't sell it by the loaf. It's probably just as well.
I'd love to go there every day, but lucky for my body, I'm rarely at the mall and almost never eat when I am.
And yes, I walked over 6 miles, finishing after 10 p.m. to make up for the gnocchi. It was...
