I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Asian establishment and enjoyed a delightful meal of spicy kimchi ramen. The experience was made even more enjoyable thanks to our server, Mason, who provided excellent service throughout our visit.

Since my family moved to Boca from NYC 7yrs ago we have always been looking for more good Asian food. We tried out the new Ai Tallarin in Boca Town Center after hearing good things about its Miami location. I had the Chicken Chashu Ramen. The broth was salty and hearty yet a bit lighter than Tonkostu broth. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the chicken tender and juicy. The egg was cooked with runny yolk. Lara was super friendly! I got the Korean fried chicken wings. They were massive in size. 6 huge split wings. They were fresh fried and crispy and came with 2 sauces. Overall, very good.

On the downside, I did not taste much spice or truffle and the sweet chili and sriracha mayo just didn’t do it for me. While they were excellent wings, they aren’t what I picture when I think of Korean wings. I want a crispy rice flour breading, I want a sweet soy garlic sauce. This is not Bonchon Chicken.
