got an issue on an order due to shipping/delivery. Basically needed to send the bracelet to a different address after it was delivered and returned to sender. Emailed them, they say we need to call a person. Called for almost 1hour 30 minutes, only to be called as a scammer/fraud. money refunded, great. no more problem. But really really bad on customer service. Imagine your customer calling in and spending almost $3000 on bracelet and accused your own customer as fraud/scam. You are fine to think and be paranoid of possible risk of fraud/scam, make sense, but it is not fine to ACCUSE your customer as a fraud. You TALK DOWN to your customer, treat them like fraud/scam, comparing them to your "LOYAL RETURNING" customers like presidents, conglomerates, expats, hey I dont care about them. I just want either my money back (which you did refund it) or send the stuff my colleague and I bought to a new address, at any cost, which we will spend the cost. I wonder what will happen if you treat a president/billionaire as a scam or fraud due to address issue. Better take some ethical classes on how to act to your customer. Best of luck on...

My family and I are new to South Florida. After getting settled, we started to explore our new home of Boca Raton. After, dining at an amazing restaurant we decided to head to StingHD. We’ve been hearing all kinds of buzz from our friends who said this was a family owned business with roots in New York. Once we walked through the doors we were greeted with kind and help faces.
