The quality and performance of their products is unquestionable, as it should be. That SHOULD be with any company. But I want to commend them further and talk about their customer service, which I contacted for the first time two days prior to the day of this posting. In my case, I needed a new lid, which is the top half of the casing, for my Alpha clipper. They sell them in multiple colors and styles but I wanted the original black one, which isn't sold individually or in a set. I emailed them one night to try to purchase one from them. Around 7am the next morning I got an email from Bayleigh and she told me to provide a mailing address and she would have one sent out. I emailed my mailing address and she sent me a tracking number. All this was done at no cost to me and it all happened literally in a day. It's a big deal to me because I honestly thought I wouldn't get a response at all (which I'm very familiar with) or I'd get an email saying that the item was not sold individually and could not be sold individually and that I could purchase one of their sets of three (which would cost more than just buying one). But I wanted the black one and would've just bought a whole other clipper if I couldn't have one sold to me. Read moreCustomer service with this company is questionable. I spoke with someone named Francesca. I needed a new lever for the $181 machine I ordered on Amazon. Which by the way I have one that I’m using now and I love, but this company cares zero for their customers. I needed the lever that keeps the blades in place not the floating lever. The cost for that part $11.95 not bad right? But no, they were charging me $8.95 for shipping plus $1.55 for Insurance. The parts are so tiny you could stick them in a regular envelope and put a regular stamp on it. When I called the company to see if they could waive the shipping fee, Francesca was condescending wouldn’t answer my question. Kept repeating herself pretending to be a robot. I ended up returning the clippers to Amazon and went with another company altogether. Customer service should be this company’s priority.
Thank you for responding to my concerns. I was offered 10%, which is $1.05. That doesn’t offset anything. I’m disappointed and sad. Francesca and her coworker behaved like they were ready to fight instead of being understanding of my frustration. I paid $181. For the clippers I never heard of a floating blade. No matter, I was going to pay for the lever that will hold the blade in place, till I got to check out I just about had a heart attack.
