Products are BEAUTIFUL. HIGH PRICED and AWFUL consumer service. Make sure to bring someone with you to load up furniture - they will not help you but they will watch you attempt to load it. My mother, her husband and I have all had rude experiences with them multipile times. We all thought it was the rush of the holidays but that doesn't seem to be the case. Anyway we will not be returning or referring anyone to this company there are plenty of other places with kinder owners that make BEAUTIFUL things that we will be taking...
