Terrible Experience - Hair Found and Unprofessional Staff
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at La Michoacana Classic, and I feel compelled to share my negative encounter. Not only did I find a hair in my food, but the way the staff handled the situation was completely unacceptable.
Upon discovering the hair, I immediately took it to the attention of the staff. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they started defending themselves and became rude and disrespectful. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to rectify the situation left me appalled and disheartened.
As a customer, I believe that it is essential to be treated with respect and understanding, especially in such situations. Unfortunately, the staff at La Michoacana Classic failed to meet these basic expectations.
Overall, I cannot recommend La Michoacana Classic based on my experience. The presence of a hair in my food is already unacceptable, but the unprofessional behavior of the staff made the entire situation even worse. She asked to try two flavors, so I asked the lady which was a nice lady to have it on a cone half and half even if a pay a full cone with two full scoops of ice cream. She went to ask a woman I supposed was the manager at the time, if they could do that and they both came and they said no we can’t. I explained the situation of why I only needed to half scoops even if a pay for full scoops. They said sorry we can’t do that. I had to buy the full scoops and a cone on the side because I didn’t want my grandma to go without trying the ice cream. Good things she wasn’t aware of the situation. Read moreI come here often but lately I am just very disappointed with how SLOW the service is here! When I stopped by around 8:30 last night there was only 2 or 3 people and 4 workers.. and I didn't get out of there until 9:10! I only ordered 3 things. I go for green juice often yes they make green juice there!! But yesterday the green juice was poorly made it had way too much grapefruit juice and not enough greens very upset..it was way too watery. The gazpacho was not made right my mom said it had too much cheese and not enough fruit it was way to soggy and watery as well. The cup slipped when I was grabbing it on accident they didn't offer me a cupholder and when I asked for one they looked at me confused. The torta I ordered was cold because the heating thing was not working well maybe the store should get a new one. Not happy at all!! WORST $24 ever spent !! Will no longer support...
