AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A PLAGUE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RUIN A BIG DAY ! I HAD TO CALL THE COPS TO GET MY REFUND.

Go here if you are okay with their below average cake decoration skills but never expect any customer service.

Apart from not making a simple cake order right for my significant other's birthday, they tried to scam me. So I ordered for a simple cake in the shape of 25 and asked for some fancy girly designs on top with a message. Went on the birthday evening to pickup only to have the staff rudely shout at me saying I already cancelled the cake and trying to cheat them. when I have the receipt with me the whole time, they claimed I sent someone with the receipt to cancel the order and got the money. I was also told the cake was sent back since it is cancelled.

If I sent someone to cancel the cake why would I be going to pick up the cake. I insisted to talk to the person took my order and when she came I heard a different story. She said I was the one who came earlier to cancel the order and they got everything on cctv. I was like they must be super dumb to allow someone else to come in, cancel some random order and get the money which was paid by a credit card.

I didn't bow down so they told I can have the cake but not money back(at that point of time I didn't ask for money). So they brought the cake that they told was sent back and it was awful. The 25 was not in proper shape, literally no designs on top of cake and they wrote the message on the cake board. I was shocked to see the cake and understood why they were creating all the drama. I could no way use that cake for a birthday surprise so asked that my money was refunded. And they told I was trying to cheat them, I can take the cake but cannot enter the business in future. They were not even courteous and told me they would call the cops on me.

I lost my patience and being not at fault I called the cops. When the cop arrived and asked for the cctv footage they told him the CCTV is not functioning properly. But without any evidence they kept saying I cheated them. After showing the receipt I had with me and cops intervention they finally gave my refund on my credit card. But we wasted 2 hours in this process which entirely ruined my wife's birthday.

And guess what, we never had a cake for my wife's birthday and that was the worst birthday she had in all years. SO PLEASE DO NOT ORDER A CAKE HERE EVEN IF IT IS FREE AND GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED...

Disappointed After Years of Loyalty

I've been ordering cakes from this bakery for years—for birthdays, weddings, and special occasions. They’ve always done a great job, especially with our go-to order: a ¼ or ½ sheet cake, whipped cream frosting, strawberry filling, and three layers. But sadly, the last two orders have been very disappointing.

Three months ago, I ordered a birthday cake for my mom and asked specifically for whipped cream, strawberry filling, and strawberries on top. When we picked it up, the cake had peaches on top instead. We let it slide, thinking it wasn’t a huge deal—we could just remove them.

But for my dad’s birthday recently, I made sure to be crystal clear. I told them three times—no peaches. When I picked up the cake, the writing on it was sloppy. I asked them to fix it, and while they did attempt a correction, it was clearly rushed and still looked unfinished.

Then I noticed the cake was lighter than usual. Instead of their usual three distinct layers, it looked like they cut one layer in half to make it look like three. The filling had buttercream instead of just whipped cream, and worst of all—the cake tasted stale. It seemed like it had been pre-made, refrigerated, and then hastily decorated.

It breaks my heart to say this, but after years of loyal orders, I won’t be returning. The quality, care, and consistency we once loved just aren’t...

The worse thing ever is when you can't deliver what you promise to a client...The fact that this was not my first time using Gigante Bakery Gigante Bakery but this was my first time receiving such horrible service....I reached out multiple times and have been to the bakery twice to have them refund my client for her entire order but keep getting the run around...I always want happy clients so I've refunded my client but I will never use this bakery again

Swipe to see this horrible job...the cake had been sitting out cause it was sweating...I ordered a 2 tier instead of the 3 tier but with 2 teddy bears not whatever was sitting on top of that cake...some of the balls were falling off the cake and missing...the cookies were the absolute WORSE they looked like preschoolers made them nothing like the picture...the cake pops were all cracked and falling off the sticks and half not even round... just a rushed job that was threw together prior to me picking up the order...what a horrible memory for a 1st time mother...oh and I was offered a...
