This location (Bolingbrook) has joined the ranks of food service places that produce poor quality food and equally poor response to customer concerns. I ordered in advance and followed up to the pick up plan only to still wait an additional twenty (20) minutes in arrival at the location. It was apparent that the two men working were doing their best, but it failed to measure up to standards this location has previously held. The cashier confirmed my food was ready and after I'd paid he communicated a delay. Very frustrating. Once home with the product, it was poorly prepared - missing lemon pepper and sauce with undercooked fish filets. At one point the cook came to the window to interact with another customer whose complaint was valid. I found his interaction highly inappropriate and demeaning in tone. I also noted he failed to wj his hands when he returned to the food area (as ever sink is one of the only things that remain visible in this location). The smell was so foul from the bag i didnt even want to open it and almost puked at the strong scent. I opened the bag and the smell got a little better because it dispersed into the air or something. Chicken was over fried, way too much coating on top, chicken inside was dry as hell and you can see the blood. Tastes like something i cant even describe, one bite and i spit it out and had to drink something right away to take away the awful taste. The breaded fish was ok but too salty, the shrimp were ok too but something was off about them i cant pin point what exactly. The fries were super basic. The coleslaw was disgusting.
