I am quite disappointed in my experience today at The Best of Everything in Bonita Springs. I am a frequent shopper at the store. My husband bought me a necklace and earrings for my birthday 2 weeks ago. The earrings were too big for me and although their signs say no exchanges which I think is the most ridiculous policy, I went up nicely and said I understand your policy but I found another pair that are less money would you let me exchange it and no worries about the difference in price. She said absolutely not, first she asked to see the receipt, and we thought she was going to let us then she said I can't do it for you, I will get ridiculed by the owner. Really, what kind of comment was that? I will not return to this store for a long time, or ever. I had another experience about a price at the Naples 5th Avenue location and I let it go. But twice, no way. There are other stores in the area . I suggest the owner revisit their policies. I know there are other negative comments out there about this. Their workers are so rude which adds to the disappointment.. I hope the owner gets to read this. I certainly will spread the word not to shop at any...
Read moreVisited the BSprings store this afternoon, found a few great items for friends including a neat Lilly Pulitzer wine cooler bag. As I was purchasing my items (totaling $100.01) the sales clerk, who had not greeted me, pulled out of my wine cooler bag another wine cooler bag. I looked at it, and said I was sorry, I was embarrassed as I thought it was a smaller lunch type bag, thought it came as a set. I had not pulled it out prior to buying it. The sales clerk asked me if I wanted it and I said no. She ignored me thru the rest of the transaction. My sister was next to check out with her items and heard my sales clerk speaking Spanish to her co-worker and pointing to the wine cooler bag she had removed from my bag. In my sister’s understanding of some Spanish, she gleaned that the clerk believed I was trying to steal the second wine cooler, and was saying so to her co-worker. It upset my sister and she felt the clerk had a poor attitude because she didn’t acknowledge my sister with a hello, thank you, or good bye or handle my situation in a professional manner. I love your store but I’m afraid I cannot return. Maybe I can find what I want on your...
Read moreVery rude and no customer service skills with staff. All 3 staff members speaking Spanish to each other. 2 clerks leaving counter to stock purses. Giggling and speaking Spanish. Very rude and disrespectful. Once the 3rd clerk came back to counter ( not sure where she vanished to) also with elevated tone spoke Spanish to clerks on floor ( does your store really need 2 people to put purses out? Hmmm). This is very disrespectful and poor business practices. No customer service skills. Owner and management need to speak to your clerks. Maybe curtesy and customer service training for the clerks. They represent you. Very disappointed. It will be awhile, if ever I visit this...
