I first got to know Birch Lane when I happened to win their $100 raffle at Coffee and Cars, and that lucky moment turned into the start of a great relationship with this store. I stopped in again last night, and honestly, it’s such a beautiful space. The store is absolutely stunning—elegant, warm, and full of timeless pieces that make you want to redo every room in your house.

The team was wonderful—friendly, helpful, and full of great design ideas. They really take the time to make you feel welcome and offer thoughtful suggestions without any pressure.

My wife and I went to the grand opening of Birch Lane at Mercato on Saturday. What an experience! First from their display of fine furniture and accessories but more important the staff that is there to help you. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and outright wonderful. It was such a pleasure dealing with them, we ended up purchasing multiple pieces. Waiting for the items to be delivered ( which should be in just a couple of days) to judge, but the staff insured us that if were not happy please return for replacement or full refund.
