I stopped in the store at Mercato. The customer service & attitude of the staff were horrendous! I went in & walked around..2 staff members in the store..nothing..no hello, are you looking for something..nothing. Ok..I guess typical of retail these days, so maybe no biggie. I found a couple of items & took them to the register, walking right by the employees. Neither employee acknowledged me. One of them finally came over (receipt says employee name is Kathy). She said nothing just picked the first item up. The second item had no item number but did have a price. She asked me if there were others because she said she couldn't sell it if there were no numbers. She just stood there. I had to get the bin the item was in, which was along the wall, & go thru it to try to find another. ..which there were none. Once more she just stood there as I looked on my phone to see if the item was on their website! Then the other employee, I think maybe the manager, disappeared, radioed her & gave her numbers to ring it up. Once more she just stood there. I asked if the items were rung up & she said yep... The payment screen wasn't showing, she sighed with annoyance & hit a button then the payment screen appeared, I tapped my card, took my bag & left. She said nothing...thank you..nothing. Would never go back there. I wish I didn't need the items..should have left them on the counter. There are lots of kitchen stores out there. Don't Go...
Read moreThe worst experienced ever, since we walked in, the manager on duty was extremely rude. She was chasing us and looking at us like I were gonna steal something, then I was interested in a coffee maker that makes not only one cup or expresso but many cups and I heard from across the store the lady screening "DON'T YOU SEE THE SIGN THAT SAYS ASK FOR ASSISTANCE" then she comes fast and start cleaning the machine complaining that it was nasty and kept reaping the same while cleaning the machine, like I did something to the machine, I DIDN'T EVEN TOUCHED IT!. She was yelling to the other employees infront of other costumers. I could sense the stress in the store and it is a shame that such a nice store is managed by a very bad person with the worst attitude! I asked her for her name, she said her name was Jessica Camacho not sure if she made up the name or not but if that's her name she has the worst costumer service. I hope someone does something...
Read moreI am furnishing a brand, new kitchen, including cookware, etc. and all high-end products. I stopped into your store at Mercato about two weeks ago and picked out my choices and saved them on my phone. I was told you had a 25% off sale excluding major products but that the sale will expire at the end of the month which is October 31 which is today. I went into your store today to make the purchase which would’ve been well over $3000 only to be told that the sale ended yesterday. Needless to say, I am very upset and dissatisfied with the information that I was giving originally, and that the sale. Also that fact that you do not have carts, and there is no Wi-Fi in your store makes it very very difficult to shop. I was told by your staff “to go steal a cart from Whole Foods”. Really? This is a horrible way to run a business and I will not recommend it to anybody and I will never be...
