The customer service was very poor when I tried to inquire about the various packages. It was very difficult again a customer service issue. The interior is beautiful. It got my attention, but after a few questions, I was turned off immediately their pricing was the same but not their customer service there’s a lot of that in Naples they look at the snowbirds as non-residents and treat them that way badly I go throughout various businesses as a resident, and a retired chef throughout Naples, when you spend $100 for a manicure and a pedicure example in another nearby, luxury manicure, pedicure parlor, treated as if I’ve been going there for years very friendly and accommodating and courteous you cannot compare the two, but yet they provide the same services I supposed to anyway the business should never dictate to the customer but be grateful for every customer who patronizes your business in these difficult times how you treat your customers is very important and the service you provide should be on point you know you get what you pay for not here put it plainly they have no people skills somewhat rude This is a personal service and you should be very personable. They lack the skills making your experience very uncomfortable when you’re supposed to be relaxing and enjoying this is luxurious prices should give you luxurious services not rude and not rushed some of the photographs they used to advertise are very discouraging the manicures and pedicures in the photographs look poorly done discouragement anyone overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone they blew it at customer service upon entry with new customers you should be greeted with the upmost, courtesy, and kindness, not at this place I’m sorry to report. Was highly recommended by a friend to go see Brian and Teagan. My gel nails were done by Brian while my friend's were done by Teagan. Teagan did a WONDERFUL job on my friend's nails and her eyebrows and I wish I would of gotten her. It's been a while since my nails have been done and I was very excited about today. My nails are short and I assumed it would be a little more difficult than "normal" nails. Brian was not soft in any way possible as he cut open 4 of my cuticles with a filing square. My fingers burned and would not stop bleeding. Several liquid, along with a powder, was used to stop the bleeding. I was shocked how many items were used in my blood and hope they are thoroughly sanitized. Brian never apologized for what he did to my hands or that I was in severe pain. My nails are small, but that should be no excuse when nails is your job. My nails were poorly done by Brian and yet he didn't care as he asked me to pay and was ready to leave the building. The kind woman who took money at the front noticed I was displeased and asked about the service. I told her about my horrible experience in which SHE apologized and said they'll try harder next time. She mentioned this to Brian and all he did was give an excuse about my nails being small. We found out you get a complimentary drink with your service, but it was never offered (including water), but we were told to ask next time. Read moreThis was the absolute worst set of nails I have ever had done. They were thick and uneven but most importantly not to my cuticle. I had them done around 4:30! along with a pedicure. ( I had an appointment that was made at 9am the same morning.) The pedicure was good. I felt rushed the whole time and felt like I couldn’t speak up. Actually when I told the gentlemen doing my nails that I wanted the square more rounded he told me but you said square and now you want round, I said no- I want the SOFT square like I asked in the beginning. They completely forgot to put the pearls on even though I told him in the beginning of the set and in the middle reminded him. He ended up remembering after my pedicure and putting them on. The only reason the shape looks decent is because i immediately came and showed them myself it was terrible and def not a soft square even after asking for it. These photos are from just right now and I got home from the salon less than an hour ago. I called a friend of mine and showed her, she told me I needed a fill. It literally looks like 2 week old nails. Like I needed a fill yesterday. I’m really disappointed because I’m going on a trip in 2 days and don’t have time to get them fixed and these were for my trip. I would have gotten my nails done 2 weeks ago if I wanted them to look 2 weeks old. Honestly, if the owner sees this I want a refund for my full set. This is crazy that you guys let someone walk out with this nails like this. Not to mention he didn’t touch my cuticles. Not at all. Didn’t push them back didn’t nothing. Left them dry, crusty and everything. And still managed to cut me when he was filing! Seriously the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. At the end they offered me 10% off for no reason whatsoever.
