Last time we came in, we had excellent service all around. This time however, out server was Michael, and he didn't leave a good impression, he only came back after the first bite and that was also to drop off the check, I made eye contact with him twice and attempted to gesture him over but he instead went to clean a table, in addition, I sat with an empty water glass for 15 minutes before deciding to just pack up the rest of the food and leave. I was originally planning on ordering some additional food to-go so I had retained a menu.
5-3-23 Came in today for another try, again good service, food came out fast, but after Zhane dropped off the check, she didn't come back to the table for at least 15 minutes, I had to take my dad to the bathroom, and we were in there for less than 3 minutes, but in that time I guess she decided to look at our table and see that we weren't there anymore and then cleared it. Read moreTo feel heard without saying a word in the precense of kindred spirits 🙂✨️ What a fun, relaxed, soul nourishing day-trip with girl friends. We are glad to have decided on this place for lunch This location is situated in a relatively new shopping area. A nice variety of dishes with a 'southern flair' , like grits, biscuits and gravey, Cajun style skillet. I always love the option for breakfast all day but for those that want lunch for lunch, there are salads and sandwiches and soup that is cooked on site. Skillets - Naples - Founders...
Read moreWe came here to meet up with a friend that hadn’t met out new born son yet. She had arrived before us and had SPECIFICALLY asked the hostess at the front if she could seat us some where that could accommodate a stroller. We had already been seated 15 minutes when what I’m assuming was a different hostess came and asked me and my husband to take our baby out of the stroller and shove him in the booth because the stroller was considered a fire hazard… we told her the car seat would not fit in the booth, at which point what I believe to be the manager came and told us we had to move tables. All of this would not have been a problem had they been nice about it, even worse yet once they moved us they never brought back our drinks and they didn’t bother telling our waitress that we had moved so once the food was ready they couldn’t find us. Not even once was anybody even apologetic about what happened. Me and my family will never return...
