Well. I always wait 1-2 weeks to try a new place so they can work out kinks, have staff trained, etc.
If I have to rate based on following, this is why Iām giving it 2 Stars:
Staff (5 out of 10)ā¦Very nice, but not personable. Kinda like Iām here to be paid, but nothing else. Locationā¦(10 out of 10) Decor and Design⦠(8 out of 10) love the high ceilings and open space. Needs to feel more cozy instead of industrial. Portion Size⦠(2 out of 10) This is where is gets comical. This is the one thing I canāt stand about franchisees is the penny pinching approach to customers. If you look at the image I posted below. This is what $14 gets you. Iām not shocked, but after a long day of working, this is not what I was looking for. Super simple way to fix thisā¦double the portions (Not going to happen) or cut the prices between 20% to 30% (Also not going to happen). Tasteā¦(5 out of 10) After looking at the ingredients being put in, looked VERY FRESH, but the flavors didnāt really wow me. It was good, just not great. Value⦠(2 out of 10). $40 for 2 salads and a kids salad. I have no issue spending money on food and eat out very often. After eating my salad, I had 7 (Yes I counted), 7 pieces of chicken each being the size of a tip of a index finger. Really?! Sorry, but as I was standing in line looking at all the pictures of salads and deciding what I wanted, to see the pictures looking full and better, seeing what I just finished eating had me write this review.

My salad was freshly made with excellent fresh ingredients, a Cobb includes sliced fresh jalepenos. I was excited. Unfortunately, it was the hottest jalepeno that I've ever tasted in my life and completely ruined the dish.
I get the hottest heat offered at Asian restaurants, and I couldn't eat my salad after just a few bites. The seeds were left in the jalepeno slices, so it was all through after being tossed, just set my lips on fire and my whole mouth and throat. The flesh of the jalepeno was crazy hot as well.
They did make me a new salad without jalepenos, but it was very unexpected and unpleasant. Also, a place that serves fresh jalepenos should have some sort of milk on site. I took tiny sips my son's side of ranch to help stop the burn.
So, order the jalepenos on the side or don't get them, everything else was great.
Too expensive for a restaurant with no table service, and the card reader asks for tips for the line staff that makes your salad but doesn't refill drinks or bus your table or anything. Asked for corn on my salad, and was told it would be about a dollar extra, on my already $15...

On my first order, I purchased two grain bowls and a smoothie, but the bowls did not include the chicken I paid for (the main protein). I called the restaurant, but since I was already back at work and couldnāt return, I asked for a refund. To this day, I still havenāt received it.
Today, I gave the restaurant another chance and ordered a grain bowl with avocado as an add-on (charged $1.45) but it came without avocado. I also ordered a smoothie with a substitution to replace pea protein with almond butter due to an allergy. Because I couldnāt trust that the substitution was made correctly, I threw it away.
To make matters worse, when I came in to pick up my order, the employee at the counter ignored me, even though she greeted another customer who walked in after me.
Itās a shame, because the food itself is good and the location is convenient, but repeated mistakes, poor customer service, and unfulfilled refunds make it a waste of...
