This is the third time I’ve been there second time I had a bad experience with the milkshake did not complain it was more like runny warm milkshake didn’t say anything food was delicious but tonight was a terrible night we ordered our food no complaints everything was great we also put in to go order for my husband And my grandson my daughter explained to the cashier she Repeated it three times to him I wanted the ice cream for here and the milkshake for here but in a to go cup the milkshake was supposed to be in to the go cup they brought my grandson his ice cream cone but no go cup that’s fine he ate it in the meantime was eating my dinner was delicious was waiting for my milkshake I waited 35 minutes we told three people about my milkshake the cashier said all we thought it was to go my daughter said no I said for here but I need to go cup wait another 10 minutes no milkshake by that time I finish my dinner we did not complain I took my milkshake to go I was not happy but I didn’t complain we brought our dinner for my husband and my grandson when we got home the salad was missing which we paid for I called to speak to the manager someone there said to her the manager was on another line and she was busy it shows to me that they’re willing to take our money for a food that’s just fine but when we have an issue it should be addressed and they didn’t care enough to take down the number to call us Back so my grandson went to bed without his salad we are not gonna go back to a establishment if there’s an issue and we call to resolve it and no one cares enough to speak to us that means they don’t want our business and believe you me if I’m ask if I’m going back gonna say oh the food is delicious but the service is lousy on Sunday night for dinner we had a bad experience with the service because when I mentioned to the server or the manager whomever they were I got my milkshake 40 minutes later after I had already eaten my meal I was not happy about that I did not get An apology no I’m sorry just a stare☹️☹️. we were having a very special time turned out to be a disappointment with my grandson going to bed without supper we are never gonna go back and if they ask us you gotta make sure you check your bag for all your food to be there before you bring it home You may have to repeat to the service young children five or 10 times before they get it right something was going on tonight with the staff they just didn’t care to be there I guess please hired some people with experience they care about serving your customers and making sure everything is right I kept looking at the two young men looking in our bag making sure all our food was in the bag . that’s why we never double checked .two boys were I reading the receipt I guess they just don’t care we don’t have workers like we used to shame shame shame on you to let young staff run a restaurant when they have no idea what the hell is going on very disappointed I give them One star for service four stars for the food disappointed Sunday...

Zoe at Lake Park Diner is hands down the bartender you didn’t know you needed in your life. Her energy? Immaculate. Her cocktails? Perfection. Her vibe? Too blessed to be stressed and it shows in every drink she pours and every interaction she has. She’s got that rare combo of speed, skill, and personality that makes you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time.

Honestly, Zoe is 10x better than the vanilla super shake—which, by the way, is already a little piece of heaven in a glass. She doesn’t just mix shakes; she elevates the entire bar experience. If Lake Park Diner had a secret ingredient, it would be Zoe. Don’t walk—run—to the bar and see what I mean. 🍸🔥

A Portal to Deliciousness

I don’t know what kind of magic is hidden inside that bright red British telephone booth outside Lake Park Diner, but I walked in craving coffee and walked out floating on a cloud of flavor euphoria.

First off—let’s talk about the Easter Super Shake. This wasn’t just a milkshake, it was a spiritual experience served in a glass. Topped with rainbow sprinkles, a mountain of whipped cream, and two pink Peeps staring into my soul like sugary gatekeepers of joy, it hit every sweet tooth I have and then invented a few new ones.

Now, if you think a veggie bowl can’t be exciting, you clearly haven’t met the Tahini Veggie Bowl here. It was so fresh, colorful, and delicious, I almost apologized to it before eating it. Flavorful roasted vegetables, perfectly balanced tahini drizzle—it made me forget I ever loved bacon.

Stephen, our server, was the kind of guy who makes you feel like a VIP without even trying. Attentive, friendly, and knew the menu like it was tattooed on his heart. And Dani, the manager? This girl runs a tight ship with all the calm charisma of someone who’s figured out life. The service was smoother than the shake—and that’s saying something.

So whether you're teleporting in through the phone booth, or just wandering by—do yourself a favor and walk into Lake Park Diner. Just be prepared: you might leave in love with a veggie bowl, two marshmallow bunnies, and a whole new outlook on what a...

After more than a year of anticipation and the long process of construction, I went to Lake Park Diner’s new location at Founders Square. I knew it would be hard to match the gem that is the original. Still, I thought with all that time and planning surely this would be least good on its own. Sadly - the reality was worse than I ever thought possible. Terrible service, dirty tables, bland food and a lot of disappointment for what was a pricy meal.

The menu looked familiar, that was one of the few positives. After giving our order, we went to find a table. We discovered at least a dozen open tables, long deserted, yet still filled with dirty dishes. Those without mounds of dishes were unclean. We finally settled at what appeared to be the least sticky table - and had to wait several minutes for someone to bring our drinks so we could ask them to wipe down the table. The person said they were short staffed - yet we saw plentiful table runners and others who could have easily been bussing tables.

The drinks were good. The food - awful. Our fish tacos tasted like the fish was frozen and barely defrosted. The salads on our tofu bowl were dripping over the edge as if someone hastily threw them into the bowl. The buffalo cauliflower was barely cooked and drenched in sauce.

One feature that was lacking was service. The original location has a table manager - who is there checking in on tables and keeping the flow moving. That person makes sure customers are happy and the space is clean. The new location did not have this feature and it was sorely missed. Case in point - not once did anyone check to see how we are doing. We also saw table runners on several occasions walking in circles without anyone to point them to the right table to deliver food.

End result - we won’t be going back. The original Lake Park is worth the drive. This one - not...

We ordered the Brunch on Sunday around Noon. ** Chicken Biscuit with Garlic Parm Fries, great flavors could have used a little bit more gravy. Chicken was a little dry but biscuit was soft buttery and fluffy. **French Toast with side of sweet potatoes onion and peppers for my 8 year old. STAR OF THE SHOW!! The French toast was delicious, soft, sweet and filled with flavor. I would not get the same side for my daughter instead choose the fruit bowl. ** Smoked Salmon Scrambler, I was a little disappointed with my food. I would call this an egg scramble with a sprinkle of salmon. I loved the sweet potatoes and onion with bell pepper that was delightful and the sourdough slice of toast was fine plain (a little butter or jam would have made it perfect). ** kids Scrambler, my 13 month old loved the eggs and fruit with the worlds largest blueberries (GREAT) and a side of bacon. I wish there was an option for sausage for her bc the bacon was a little too hard for her. ** El Pastor Tacos, flavors were amazing!!! I personally don’t like shredded chicken so I would not get them again. The sauce and toppings were GREAT! Onion rings were very delicious as well! The staff was amazing and friendly. Helpful and all around a great place to take the family. We will definitely be back. The shakes and sandwiches sound amazing so stay tuned !!

I had an incredible experience at Lake Park Diner off Immokalee Road in Naples. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. Ruben, who served as both my bartender and waiter, was exceptional. He went above and beyond with his recommendations, and I’m so glad I trusted him — I ordered the Prime Rib French Dip, and it was absolutely mouthwatering. Perfectly cooked, rich in flavor, and just what I was craving. We also shared the Brussels sprouts, which were cooked to perfection — crispy, well-seasoned, and bursting with savory flavor. A total standout side dish! At one point, I needed some ranch, and the manager, Genesis, personally brought it over with the most welcoming and positive attitude. It really speaks to the level of service and care the entire team brings to the table. I’ve been wanting to try this place ever since it opened, and it truly did not disappoint. This is a solid 5 out of 5 for me — highly recommend. Go check it out, and enjoy every bite!
