This place should be perfect for someone like me. I wear a suit or tux less than once per year. I recently used Men's wearhouse for the first time. At first I was surprised by the $261.81 rental fee. I believe the last suit I purchased was a little bit less so to rent at $260 felt expensive (it was not really a brand name) but I went with it because my sister in law chose it and I wanted her to be happy. When I was fitted I told them how I liked my sleeve length and the cut off my pants. I was told to pick up the suit the Friday before the Saturday wedding. It was the most I'll fitting suit I have ever seen. The pants were 3" too long my shirt sleeves we're way to short and the suit jacket was badly shaped. Every suit in our party had at least 2 issues. At the time of pickup up I brought it to the young gentleman's attention and he told me that the Taylor was very backed up and he could fix it but I would have to return the next day which was the wedding day of a wedding I was the best man of. The shoes also bloodied my feet. Now I wouldn't mind the fee if the the goods provided and service were worth it. Also was not told that the suit would need to be returned by the next day (Sunday when I have family from all over the country and outside the country in town). So I don't recommend them and I believe that for close to $300 for a suit rental I should be happy to show off the wedding pictures. Not cringing at every picture of the happiest day of my...
Read moreWent into the Naples store and was greeted by Tyshaun almost immediately, asked if I could have a minute to look around whereas I have worn a suit about 3 times in my life and was very intimated. He sat back and let me look and when I locked in on a suit that I liked I then asked for his assistance. Tyshaun took the time with me to get the correct suit and have it fitted. He then proceeded to help me pick out a shirt and tie to go with it. He had to order the shirt and said the suit and shirt would be ready in a week. Called suit was ready and went in and talked to Brendan. He grabbed the suit had me try it on , it fit perfect. He found my ordered shirt and pressed it so I wouldnât have to. I then asked him the color of shoes that I should get to go with this particular suit and he took me over and took the time to SELL me a pair of shoes! He didnt pick out the most expensive pair but told me the quality differences between pairs that they had! At that point we found a pair and the only part left was the socks! He grabbed a pair I would have never of tried being that is not my thing and referred to them as fun socks, I said are you sure and he assured me that they were fine! The bottom line is if you are the blue collar worker and dont have fashion sense this is the placed to go ! Both gentlemen that helped me were true professionals and never made me feel at unease for being basically a fish out of water! Thank you Tyshawn...
Read moreI visited there earlier this afternoon with my Dad and certainly will NOT be returning again, why? well upon walking in me and my Dad were received by a middle aged looking well dressed associate whilst the both of us were dressed casually.
This associate then proceeded to ask what we interpreted to be rather inaaprioate somewhat judgemental questions such as "have you ever owned a suit before?.
My Dad then attempted to explain what exactly we were interested in and this is when the associate started to come across as very argumentative, dismissive, judgemental, unprofessional and just down right rude really.
It wasn't just his choice of language when covering with us that bothered us it was his body language as well.
Never have I been made to feel so uncomfortable in a setting like that before, where having said that me and my Dad couldn't help but kind of get the impression that the associate's behaviour had racial undertones to it(I'm not saying it definitely was) and fyi we are of Middle Eastern origin.
This guy certainly gave us the wrong impression though. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but following this highly disappointing experience you will NEVER be getting my business.
You should train your staff not to judge books by their covers and to be honest you don't really warrant any stars.
Thank...
