Tijuana Flats — Restaurant in Florida

Normally I don't waste my time making reviews. But after being there for the third time in the last month and I'm getting my order wrong. Someone has to say something. Cashier charged me for the Mega wanna like I asked and to make it wet. Which is queso on top. Not once not twice but three times now they forget to make it a mega wanna I pick up lunch for my coworkers and myself everyone gets their food right but mine three times in a row. Then I get put on hold for 15 minutes to get hung up on. Then I can't even get through to the store because they've purposely left the phone off the hook is what it seems like. Either that or they really don't care what goes on around their store. I love the food I love the atmosphere but their employees are lazy. I cannot even get through to the store to see if they can fix it. I'm at work unable to leave right across the street and they can't even answer their phone. I honestly would not recommend going to this establishment until I get better employeesThis location is going to give all Tijuana Flats a bad name in Naples florida. Three times within a month people they need to get it together clearly this is a management problem as well. This is one of my favorite places to get a meal.. today I wanted to give a big shout out to your employee Elizabeth, she was so friendly and helpful her customer service is excellent, *I came in and ordered a burrito got back in my car and realized I had ordered it without asking for no jalapenos, I went back in with the burrito prepared to pay for a new one because it was my mistake, I told Elizabeth what I had done and she said no problem took the burrito and remade a new one for me .. and did so with a smile and friendliness (as well her co-worker who I did not know her name ) was also a sweetheart!, excellent people skills and customer service! ⭐⭐⭐ thank you so much, **May 2024Went in late evening for a quick takeout to eat.. price was affordable and food was hot, fresh and though not the best Mexican fare I was happy with the place.. front employee I ordered from was awesome, she really made my day.. service every time has been wonderful, they are friendly and helpful..price is great, place is clean & welcoming.. the food was basic a definite step-up from a Taco Bell ". First let me start by saying that I have visited many fast food Mexican and also Tex Mex fast food and dine in formal restaurants and the quality of fresh food my family and I have had here is just outstanding . In an economy where anywhere you visit for a sit down meal is $50 for two is quite refreshing you can feed a party of 4 mind you which we have every time for under $36. That's unheard of ! And then to have the service you have at a sit down formal restaurants on top of that is just awesome . This Naples location is a gem and the staff managers employees the entire team works cohesively as a team to ensure that my family's experience is always top notch . What a breathe of fresh air from any other place we have dined at and laid way more for for stale food . Have visited Tijuana flats Naples at least 10 times never once did this location disappoint.
