I recently visited Firehouse Subs and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The food quality was exceptional fresh ingredients, flavorful combinations, and everything was made to order with care. My sub was perfectly prepared and exceeded expectations. After purchasing 2 meatball sub combos I received my food only for it to be cold. We notified the worker about this and he said he reheated our food 3 times before giving it to us to make sure it was warm. The subs tasted terrible, cheese was hard on one of the subs and both subs remained cold at this point it just grossed us out and we lost our appetite I asked if I could get my money back for the subs only and I just pay for the drinks and chips and the other worker there which I’m assuming is the manager in charge since the question on refund was directed to him told us the only thing they could do is give me a different type of sub. I had very horrible service today. Two male workers was extremely rude to me. I requested sliced bread for my sandwich. Instantly one male worker rolled his eyes and the other one snapped at me " we only have 2 kinds of bread only we don't have sliced"! So I told them I don't want anything. When I turned to leave what did I see the bread that they did not have. WOW!!! I took a picture and left. I love Firehouse and I frequent them a lot in different places but today's service was the worst I've ever dealt with! If they were having a bad day it shouldn't have been taken out on me.
