Update: I added 2 stars for acknowledging me thank you for that.
The individuals employed at this establishment exhibit a remarkable lack of courtesy. Today, my husband and I visited this place, with him entering ahead of me. In need of a cup of coffee, I swiftly entered to inform my husband of my intentions. . I confidently placed my order for a coffee, generously tipping the barista before making my way back into the store. To my surprise, I found myself surrounded by the workers accusing me of stealing pastries from the coffee shop. It was quite perplexing, considering I was dressed in a pair of shorts and a tank top, carrying a cross over purse that could only accommodate my wallet, phone, chapstick, and keys. I must admit, I am at a loss as to where I could have possibly concealed those pastries. Before accusing someone, it is imperative to thoroughly inspect one's own inventory. Only after ensuring the accuracy of one's own claims should they proceed to accuse another individual. In this particular instance, I was approached by at least 3 individuals who inquired if I was searching for a gentleman. I responded affirmatively, as I was indeed seeking my husband who happened to be finalizing his payment at the register. To my husband's dismay, he noticed that the aforementioned individuals were surrounding me. He promptly intervened, asserting that I had not committed any theft. His irritation stemmed from the fact that, immediately after I had informed him of my intention to fetch a cup of coffee, these individuals began discussing me and suggested conducting a comprehensive security check of the entire store. Furthermore, they audaciously attempted to convince my husband that the $100 bill he was using for payment was counterfeit. In his efforts to demonstrate the authenticity of the bill by showing them the bills security features such as the line, face, and bumps on the collar they finally accepted it. I was overcome with embarrassment, causing tears to stream down my face throughout the entire drive home. I turned to my husband and asked, "Do I resemble a thief?" He reassured me, saying, "No, my dear, you do not." However, despite his words, I still cannot shake the feeling that I must resemble one, given the way I was treated in that establishment. I want to make it clear that I have never stolen anything from a store in my entire existence.
Now that we have arrived home and I have managed to regain some composure, I am filled with fury. I have made up my mind to contact a lawyer and explore the options available to rectify this situation. It is absolutely unacceptable for anyone to accuse another person of theft unless they possess irrefutable evidence of guilt.
I have visited this store on two occasions within the past year. During my initial shopping trip, the staff displayed an extreme level of rudeness. Today, however, they went as far as wrongfully accusing me of theft. Throughout my exploration of the aisles, the staff shadowed my every move. While I am not particularly bothered by their presence, it does have a negative impact on my self-esteem, as it is evident that they suspect me of stealing. Nevertheless, this did not greatly affect me. What did, however, was when one of the workers, in an exceedingly impolite manner, asked me, "What is it that you are looking for?" The tone of their voice conveyed a sense of exhaustion with my presence in their store, demanding 5hat I state my needs and promptly leave. On that same day I found myself in tears for the entire ride home. Consequently I have refrained from returning...

Read moreI have nothing nice to say so I won't bad mouth the snotty, rude employees. You buy something that you paid about $100 for, it's sealed in a box then sealed Mon top of that and when you bought it there was dust on top box so you know it's been there for awhile and you ask a question about it because you forgot your glasses and are lied to about it. Then get home and hand it to hubby as a gift cause it's something to do with Seahawks collection and mind you it's still sealed,(unopened) and he says why did you buy another one you say you didn't and put your glasses on and find out that you were lied to and you just paid $100 for a clock. So you put it in your car to take back next day . Still sealed in box and plastic Nd they get on speaker and let the whole store know they won't take it back cause they said it smells like cigarette smoke knowing that they had it for awhile no sale and dusty. 1) How can it smell like smoke when it's still sealed and they never opened it. 2) Its been in your car all night and you don't smoke in car or house. People are staring at you like you have lepercy. 3) they refuse to oblige you and take it back especially when they lied to you and you have receipt. All over $100 that they probably pocketed anyway have no dignity and they looked down there nose at you and way your dressed Won't ever do business there again. I paid for one of there night classes and couldn't make it but you didn't see me asking for refund, and I was in hospital. If you can't dress better to there expectation then your frowned upon and they won't ask you if you need help. I feel they are snotty and very...
