I went into this Verizon store to get a new plan for my wife and myself. We choose the more expensive plan because it included cellular WiFi and had extra perks that would ultimately save us money on these services. I have visited the store over 10 times since to resolve the issues with our bill and every time leaving with a guarantee the issues were solved. We were originally misquoted leading to a higher monthly bill than expected. The streaming services for Netflix and hbo that we were suppose to be getting were inaccessible. The discount for autopay we were enrolled in from the start was not being deducted from our bill. A few months in, we were confused why are Wi-Fi was not working well. It turns out Verizon does not support cellular data at our residence. We provided a correct address for the company and were told at the time of selecting our plan that it was compatible (the main reason we choose this more expensive plan). When asking if we can downgrade our plan we were told it would be more expensive because we traded in our phones already, something we would have not done if it wasnât going to lower our WiFi payments. We are over 4 months and 10 visits to this Verizon store and still having issues, we have not been refunded for the auto pay discounts and streaming services that we have not gotten and our bill is still being overcharged. This store has shown nothing but incompetence and a lack of accountability to its customers. I suggest that you do your...
Read moreBought an lg g6 from them about 4 months ago because it was supposed to be a very tough phone, water resistant, gorilla glass etc. They talked me into spending extra on screen protectors among a few other accessories. Immediately after purchasing the phone I found out that I would have been far better off just purchasing the phone online as they are much cheaper and they will actually let you buy them outright, here they force you to purchase one on a loan. After about 4 months of ownership my screen protector cracked when i was crawling around in a crawlspace. I brought the phone in to have it replaced and low and behold the screen protector was useless and the screen itself with the almighty gorilla glass had a pretty sever crack in it which spiderwebed across the whole screen. I asked if it was a warranty issue since they where the ones who told me that the screen was so durable, they also told me how well the screen protectors worked at protecting the glass, and they said no it is not and that any warranty work would have to be done between me and lg. So If I am forced to purchase a phone through a loan even if I want to pay cash up front, and if I am paying more for the phone then I can get it for online, AND if they don't handle any warranty information or stand behind the products they sell why on earth would I ever purchase a...
Read moreLots of attitude and little help this place is. Walked in 3 times in the past 7 days, there are normally 2 employees and both with a customer, it typically takes 10 minutes for either employee to even acknowledge a customer's presence, then another 10-15 minutes to get helped. The lady who helped me the 2nd and 3rd time in was continually on her cell phone typing away on messenger, (not sure how she could type with those super long finger nails) and semi annoyed that i had questions/problems about new service that wasn't ported correctly by the VZW-Victra Staff.
When asked - I didn't have my new number handy since i was porting in my existing number. She quickly cut me off to tell me she can't help me without my new number. This is totally wrong, there are other methods of accessing an account and eventually, begrudgingly she helped me with this passive-aggressive air that was really uncomfortable. While helping me - She left in the middle of what we were doing to go pick up her car across the street, making me wait even longer... WOW. No apologies etc.
The only way this place is in business still is that they are the only VZW Authorized Retailer around.
If you can take care of your VZW business...
