Great service, knowledgeable staff. I worked with (I think his name was) Doug - I came in expecting to spent $500 to $600 on a commercial vacuum, after asking some questions and learning how I'd be using it, he recommended a much less expensive but more specialized vacuum (which they had in stock, too). It turned out to be exactly what I needed and it's lasted ten times longer than the more generalized vacuums I'd been buying in the past. I had no idea there was so much to know about vacuums, this guy knows it ALL. It's cool to deal with someone who cares enough about their craft to take the time to become an expert

When I had a problem with the vacuum I bought here (manufacturers defect, not their fault at all), A1 exchanged the broken part on the spot.

I have bought a couple of vacuums from Doug at A1 Vacuum Solutions in the Huntersville location. Those have been very reliable, but what is unique about A1 is the excellent service. They are very helpful to shoppers like us, yet never pushy. And after the sale the service continues, with free annual cleaning and service. They even replaced the filter bag! Doug is also very public spirited and generous to the community. On a personal level, at the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis, he donated HEPA filter bags to me that I made into filters for masks. These were distributed to retirement homes when masks were hard to find. We highly recommend A1 Vacuum Solutions for the total experience....

My vacuum from walmart broke, as they do eventually- and I came in sort of sad and on a budget. Times are hard right now. Was immediately greeted by friendly faces and someone who was happy to talk about my options with me, and very knowledgeable on all of his stock.

Clean building, you can tell everything in there is top notch!! The owner (I presume) was very empathetic and helped me find the Vaccum for me. Left with a beautiful Oreck :-) now I have a super clean carpet again.

It was great!! 10/10. As a local, I doubt i’ll ever buy a vacuum...
