Unbelievable customer service! I was a phone customer looking to buy my sister who is vacationing in Boothbay Harbor a gift that she could pick up at the store. My other sister and I thought it would be fun for her to go to the store and be handed our gift as we live in Florida and Idaho. Faye was so kind she went out of her way giving me suggestions and sending me pictures of items that I could choose from. Eileen too was so helpful and she wrapped the gift for my sister to pick up! I will be in Boothbay Harbor next August for my nephew’s wedding and I look forward to visiting and shopping at Sweet Bay Shop! Thank you...
