Always In Stitches by Jamie — Local services in Bordentown

I ordered 3 posters for my sons hockey team, upon delivery we reported issue with picture size, picture quality & spelling mistakes.. she spelled TCNJ wrong !!! I immediately reported to seller Jamie Always In Stitches who offered to reprint and replace even game me a date, she had a death in the family then surgery so I tried to be understanding & give time for her to replace the posters as she promised but nothing then she ghosted me I followed up text email & facebook still looking for replacement or refund .. nothing but crickets 🦗 since i didn’t have an acceptable gift for each graduating senior I had to make other arrangements and additional monies

Now she refuses to refund my money unless I remove negative feedback

My negative review is an expression of my true customer experience;  she is holding my refund hostage for leaving my honest review for unsatisfactory work and faulty workmanship that she said she would replace posters with spelling errors and didn’t. She spelled TCNJ wrong !!!

If she sent a draft for approval we could have avoided this...

I was really hoping to have a good experience because of the previous reviews, but that is just not that case. Jamie doesn't answer her phone or emails at all. I called and left a message and never received a call back, so I walked into the shop four days later explaining what I was looking for and she told me to email her the design. I emailed the design to her an hour later and asked for a quote. Once again she never answered, that was three days ago. Don't waste your time, find another embroiderer in the area...
