Naaman’s BBQ — Restaurant in Bossier City

We tried Naaman's in Bossier City for the first time today and we ordered our food to go. When we got home we noticed our fries were missing. I contacted the restaurant via FB and they responded immediately. I spoke with Eric the manager and explained what happened. Eric immediately wanted to make it right. He offered to bring me the fries that were missing from my order. He also threw in an extra dessert just to sweeten the fact that I had to wait. I said this not to highlight the mistake that was made bc everyone makes mistakes. I want you to focus on the level of customer service. He acknowledge something on their end and went beyond to make it right. Also, the food was absolutely amazing and worth the wait. As long as Naaman's trusts someone like Eric to run their establishment they are in great hands. He cares about the people, the quality of food and service that represents the NAAMAN'S name. It was ok! Not great! I did not really like our waitress at all. First of all. I am a 58 year old woman dining with my wife. She greets us with saying " You Guys!" First of all. You should have said " How are you Ladies today!" Every question I asked her was Yeah! or NO! She does not understand courtesy and manners. Yes Ma'am! No Ma'am. Please! Thank you! After all we are in the South. I tipped her well even though she in no way deserved it. She never came back to the table after the food was brought to ask if everything was OK? She never asked if we wanted desert or anything. She just asked if we were paying together or separately..the food was ok. Not great. Just ok! My wife would want to go back. Me! NOPE! BAD MANNERS! BAD COURTESY! I just think to myself. She is a young kid. She don't know better?...

Came from the Texarkana area to check out the new location. The food is in point and service doesn't disappoint either! We had the chicken tenders, brisket loaded fries and pulled pork loaded fries. All of the meats were perfectly seasoned and moist with the perfect amount of smoke. We will absolutely be back to...
