7-Eleven — Local services in Boston

I'm shocked at the people managing this store. My friend and I tried to redeem our 7REWARDS points for boneless chicken and a drink and rather than applying the rewards earned, they discounted it by a dollar and demanded money for the balance.

When I stated that this isn't how it should work and we never have an issue using our points besides this store, the owner (or manager) became very irate.

He used numerous expletives and yelled out statements such as, "You're not using points at this store!", "I'm not going to pay this out of my pocket!", and "Get the ** out of here!".

We asked for his name to send a complaint to corporate and he motioned as if he was going to throw a metal can at us. This was in front of all the customers there - one who gave us his contact information as a witness.

This is completely shocking. I've never experienced this at any store, ever. This wasn't a misunderstanding, but a deliberate attempt not to honor 7-Eleven's...

Literally never had a problem with this place until they brought in the new hires this year. Idk his name but this guy that works the counter between 3-4, when I arrive there, singles me out and acts like a total tool. First time it was refusing to help me further with an order when his card reader stopped working, even though I went to the second guy at the other card reader and it worked fine. Second was today were I was accused of theft for carrying a water bottle, even though I didnt go anywhere near the drink isle and I know he saw me go strait to the line. Refused to serve me further when I refused to "confess" and ripped my food out of my hand.

This isn't even covering their homeless situation and their problems with them hanging out outside and inside at their table. Just an aweful place, wouldn't recommend coming here...

This place has for over 3 months have taken mine my fiances and mother in law food stamps worth over 1000 dollars. We tried to work with them but then I noticed they have a new machine because of all the complaints that have happened in this store particular. We know it's this store because we would get our food stamps and use them at this store then mins later our foodstamps ranking up to ovr 1000 would be gone. Made our lives impossible to live because we had no food. The workers have a mentality that they are superior to anyone who enters the store. Do not shop here especially if you are using food stamps because they will take your remaining balance and leave you...
